It is not surprised that the winner of the Prestigious Awards this year is the same as last year, The Cheesecake Factory. As there is still always a long queue in front of their restaurant, and they obtain a good reputation throughout the year. This American restaurant honored for the Best Western Restaurant and the Best Restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui as well.

There are more than 200 choices of dishes in their menu, including main courses, desserts and drinks. New dishes will be added in from time to time too. Their large-scaled kitchen is so organized and all the food is cooked to order, and will be checked for quality before sending to the customers. The cheesecakes are transported from America.  Therefore quality is guaranteed.

Tony Leung, Manager and Joel Lau, Culinary Manager of the restaurant were delighted for the result. "We are still stressed though this is our second year to join the ceremony. And we don’t expect that we can be honored for the Prestigious Awards again. This brings us some pressures but we promise we will serve even better so as to provide an excellent dining experience to our customers.”

They thank for the public’s support and think that the diversity of the food maybe the reason they win. As they think that the taste and the portion of their food are general which match all the age groups. Besides their signature cheesecake, Joel also recommended their salad as it is freshly made every day.
