The journey begins with much sought-after cold appetisers, including the ever popular Seafood on ice and Freshly shucked oysters, alongside a wide range of Sushi and Sashimi including Scallops, Yellowtail, Sweet shrimps, Surf clams, Octopus and Soft shell crab hand rolls. Other starters include a live flame-seared Aburi sushi cooking station and freshly made Donburi rice bowls*.

Fantastic Japanese dishes and desserts
Japanese delicacies at The Place’s live cooking station feature sizzling Teppanyaki Wagyu beef and enticing Seafood savory pancakes (Okonomiyaki), Grilled chicken skewers, Octopus balls (Takoyaki), and the iconic Baked half shell scallop in miso sauce. Other popular highlights include Mackerel marinated in soy sauce, Grilled salmon head, Miso marinated cod fish, Deep fried pork belly, and Sake hot pot with beef and tofu.

As a memorable finale, the dessert counter showcases delightful dishes such as Japanese souffle pancakes, White peach pudding, Sakura and strawberry roulade and Matcha castella cake with red bean.
