To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚餐好耐冇同d女食。去開黃埔，簡左茶木食係因為有埋dessert我地叫左個兒童餐，兒童餐個面食唔錯。。。小朋友都食晒。但個番薯條就麻麻地。。同埋冇茄汁。所以冇食晒。晚餐有好多選擇，有面或飯又有火鍋仔。見好多人食個鍋仔。 下次都會想試下。我地叫左個雞扒主食，有d干。。粉多左少少。個飯硬左少少。。但個魯肉唔錯。仲包左杯野飲。食完我地就食甜品。。唔錯。。個多士磚好脆好味。成晚個主角就係甜品。。3個人賣單$274好滿足

感覺食物比以前好味道清淡得來亦唔會淡茂茂都唔錯嘅可能由於係自助落單嘅關係 啲員工有少少十問九唔應 但態度唔算算係好差嘅 懶散咗少少啫如果員工嘅態度可以積極返少少就會更加好

茶木是我同家人常去的一間餐廳，家人很喜歡他們的牛肉麵。嘗過kiki麵、段崇貞等餐廳，但始終認為茶木的紅燒牛肉麵性價比最高，牛肉塊大大件，並覺得其他餐廳的藥材味太過濃。這家的甜品做得幾好，仙草芋圓夠煙韌，拿破崙、牛角包窩夫十分香脆可口又不肥膩。不過之前食過歐軟無乜特別…呢度的木柵鐵觀音奶茶十分香醇，叫無甜方可嚐出真茶味，配上少甜寒天剛剛好。係得呢個分店有特別點既茶，不過都好睇運氣或員工心情，有時濃d有時無乜味。呢間分店主打精緻，擺碟、食物係感覺上靚d。不過新店既員工服務態度麻麻，試過掟碟落枱、去到門口on居居企一排無人理，反而以前隔幾個舖位的舊舖員工會認到家人又次次去到都打招呼。所以有時候寧願揸車去樂富，以免食餐飯都要唔開心。

我最近嘗試了茶木新推出的蟹皇湯飯，湯飯加飲料合共$136，我感覺價格有點不值，蟹肉的份量實在是太少了。不過，茶湯的味道相當不錯，滿滿的茶香，口感也很濃郁。飲品愛玉黑糖奶茶，這個的味道也很不錯。
