店鋪雖然種類不多，但每款都用心製作。淨雲吞裡的蝦肉不僅新鮮彈牙，而且大粒有口感，絕對是皮薄餡靚。油菜一如既往地出色，新鮮嫩滑， 不會有渣。至於豬手撈麵，豬手的香氣濃郁卻不會過鹹，麵條彈牙，帶有淡淡的鹼水香味。麥文記作為老字號，一直堅持自家的風格，八大粒的雲吞總是擠在一個小碗裡，讓人倍感實惠。店內的裝修風格與食物質素一樣，十年如一日。 當然不要期待會有舒適的座位 和熱情的招待。下次再去佐敦時，我一定不只吃牛奶公司了！

左右开工🥢大捞特捞虾子捞面 经过一番操作，柔润的蚝油滋润了每根面条，🍜面条吃起来QQ弹弹又带点紧实生脆的口感，嚼起来还有点嘎吱作响，虾籽更是让面条鲜上家鲜🦐全虾云吞 感人的大虾仁充实着吹弹可破的小皮🥟，每一颗都是吃得到的鲜甜虽然有点腻，但确实挺鲜
