To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中午去咗金鐘的名都酒樓,同事說這一間酒樓已經有很耐歷史,而且也是金鐘執剩的唯一一間酒樓,其他酒樓都已經執晒。下午接近兩點到,仍然人頭湧湧,酒樓佔地好大,不過樓底比較矮,所以比較嘈吵。最難得嘅係,仲有得推點心車,可以自己去點心車嗰度揀點心。不過因為下午lunch時間接近尾聲,所以可以揀的點心並唔多。最後每款點心都拎了兩籠,都算幾豐富。味道都幾好,但係就唔覺特別突出。反而係佢個潮州炒飯幾好食,但因為太懶所以冇影相。

特意到來一家有歷史有經歷的傳統茶樓飲茶,等候時仍然採取派票叫號碼的形式。走入樓面,又點心車又美食亭,滿滿的懷舊感!蒸點是要自己到美食亭點選的,蝦餃的皮較厚,可幸是餡料有很多蝦。巨大化的燒賣上面有些蟹籽,好食過蝦餃。南乳豬手初時食好好食,充斥著骨膠原,可是放凍了卻很難咬。煎點、炸點、腸粉與及豆腐花都是從點心車拿取的。春卷可能擱了一會兒,不及新鮮炸出來般脆;反而蝦條有些生果粒在裡面,跟以前的沙律海鮮卷不遑多讓。腸粉皮滑,只是叉燒十分細碎。煎蘿蔔糕和煎釀茄子也屬合格,加點辣椒醬更佳。豆腐花充滿豆香,甜度得宜。在這裡,還沿用點心紙,每拿一樣點心蓋一個印,過隱到飛起!

難得星期六唔使開工 同屋企人去金鐘名都飲茶金鐘統一中心出口一上就到🚇地方闊落唔使等位攞咗號碼就自己入去搵位🍽️ 入到去見好多點心車碌黎碌去幾特別👍中間就有個美食亭可以自己取點心,款式都幾多,比較特別係見到有架燒味點心車😍懷舊點心試左乾蒸燒賣同麻蓉包🫓點心就普普通通 價錢茶位錢都唔平🤑茶位$18 不過想懷緬下舊式酒樓嘅可以一試😋

陪屋企人去完金鐘處理一啲文件嘅事務,就求其去咗附近呢間名都酒家食啲嘢,呢一間係舊式酒家,要自己出去攞點心的,亦都有餐車行走,只係食咗蝦餃、燒賣、雞扎及鳳爪,見佢噏噏耷耷,估唔到啲價錢咁離地,兩個人只係簡單食咗四樣點心,埋單竟然要$253蚊,真係眼都凸埋,真心憑乜嘢收呢個價錢真係諗唔到,屋村酒家啲點心都好食過佢,而且環境又靚過佢,唔會有下次!仲要通知埋大家,真係唔好貪方便,寧願行遠少少食,難怪唔使等位,明白了…🥹😮💨
