去到「鼎泰豐」真係好多外國遊客🤣我反而有啲格格不入!其實我唔知咁樣係咪叫一個好嘅服務態度🫣🙂‍↕️定唔知餐廳係咪落咗order啲員工一定要咁我哋未落單之前啲員工不停咁望住我哋,我哋落咗單之後啲員工就開始不停咁拎我哋張單出嚟睇,到啲餐到咗佢又不停咁望我哋張枱,當然啲員工咁留意你,啲嘢一食完就會有人幫你收,啲茶冇咗就會有人幫你斟!但係成個食飯過程都真係有啲壓力同壓迫感🙂‍↕️好似不停有人係咁望住你,對I人嚟講真係食得有啲辛苦♦️排骨蛋炒飯呢個排骨真係台式嘅排骨,係無骨,比較薄身,個排骨真係好有台灣味道,有五香粉味!炒飯好有鑊氣,粒粒分明,熱辣辣,係好味!♦️小籠包唔知係咪期望太高,反而有啲小失望。入邊係有肉汁,不過食落啲肉餡好似爭啲,唔及台灣店之餘,竟然有小小感覺我最近先去食完嘅翡翠小籠包仲比佢好食🥲♦️酸辣湯佢材料係好足,不過唔知係咪我食得重口味,硬係覺得佢唔夠酸又唔夠辣🫣♦️蝦肉煎餃個餡都足料,而且夠脆同唔油膩,good!♦️荔芋小籠包每次去親鼎泰豐一定會叫❤️個人最喜愛🤩芋泥好幼滑香濃,甜度啱啱好❤️正! continue reading

每次經過銅鑼灣富豪酒店,就看到樓下大大的廣告牌,米芝蓮推薦餐廳,不時見到很多外籍人士光顧,心想應該不錯吧,今天我也來湊熱鬧,拉著老板去吃晚飯。大門在酒店商場裡,鋪位很大,分隔兩個大廳,樓底很高,空間感不錯,中間是沙發座,兩旁是木座椅,感覺有點像大學飯堂。😜服務人員態度殷勤周到,帶位後奉上烏龍茶和一碟姜絲,茶位費$12,茶水沒有選擇 只有一種。6:30到還有位置,7:00就差不多滿座。菜單很清楚詳細,圖文並茂,葷素辣椒,非常清楚列明。我們選了兩碗麵,一個醉雞🐔,一個甜點,然後安靜等吃。😋前後左右桌都是外籍英語顧客,可見受遊客歡迎,可能就是米芝蓮推薦的關係吧。紹興醉雞🐔$84賣相好,酒香濃,全是雞胸雞腿肉,不是整雞🐔,自然知道是冰凍肉,味道還好,不會太濃味。3/5台式擔擔撈麵$60我喜歡擔擔湯面,這裡沒有,只好吃撈面,麵是筋道,但沒麵香味,全靠調味品的支撐,微辣,份量少,吃不飽。😒春菜肉絲湯麵$72清湯寡淡,菜和肉絲很少,香蔥很多,麵是和擔擔面一樣的,份量也是吃不飽的。🙄迷你豆沙包$42吃麵不夠飽,加個甜點,豆沙包比較少見,做叮噹🐱吃豆沙包🤪。三個小小小豆沙包,工廠貨品,不是現做現蒸的,蒸得夠熱,包子較硬,幸好不是很甜,免強合格。$310的晚餐,性價比低🧐 continue reading

雖然鼎泰豐已經屹立喺銅鑼灣好多年,但今次真係第一次去食🤣一坐低無論係裝修定係餐牌都強烈有一種做遊客生意😂餐牌有四種語言,唔算特別多嘢食,叫做樣樣有啲-餐廳面積好大,座位好闊落,坐得舒服之餘上菜速度都好快🫶🏽🌟小籠包六個 $70一場嚟到梗係要食小籠包,一籠六個,佢比出面餐廳嘅小籠包再細隻啲,外皮比較厚,但係湯汁一樣咁多😙肉餡帶丁點薑味,唔錯😄🌟酸甜川子雞 $126份量正常,大大嚿雞件冇骨超正😳炸得幾香,墊底嘅係炸珍珠葉🤣正正常常冇乜特別,個醬汁酸酸甜甜辣辣,我覺得辣咗啲🤏🏻⭐️菜肉餛飩湯麵 $84份量偏大,餛飩有六粒,湯底好清淡,所以唔適合重口味人士,麵質唔似上海麵嗰種帶有口感而係爽滑,菜肉餛飩有家常嘅感覺💖🌟迷你芝麻包 $40全晚MVP😍一籠有三個,仲細過一個掌心,不過好食就乜都得啦😚餡料甜甜地勁香芝麻味,識落係有芝麻同埋砂糖嘅砂砂口感,有啲啲流心但未去到瀑布咁誇張,另外佢個麵包都好好食,因為係煙靭嘅,咬落去好快就回彈,口感好特別😍-整體嚟講性價比正常,好明顯係做遊客生意,唔使特登去,經過一試無妨🫶🏽 continue reading

搵位度:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟好食度:🌟🌟🌟抵食度:🌟🌟銅鑼灣呢間鼎泰豐真係好多年,純粹記憶所及,應該係鼎泰豐嚟香港就已經開咗。嗰日又係去食晏,咁咪依家一定有位啊,次次去都有。諗住食得清淡少少,食咗個從來都冇食過嘅牛腱麵,驚喜就談不上,但係的確係有啲特色,個湯清得來都幾好飲,牛肉入口即化,反而最欣賞係個面確實夠彈牙。咁一場嚟到都無可避免我都係要叫個小籠包食吓,係正嘅。不過個人覺得小籠包配烏醋,就更加好食啦。 continue reading
