Awful attitude by the young female server ruined an otherwise solid dining experience. Dinner got off to a rocky start when I was greeted with a frown as I walked in at 6 pm sharp to see if there was any availability. It didn’t get any better from there after I was sat down seemingly reluctantly by the same young lady. I was immediately told i had the table only till 730, which was fine but her body language and the impatience she wore on her face made sure I didn’t feel welcome there. I ordered some bites first before my wife arrived and another male waiter kindly took my order. Upon my wife’s arrival I decided to order more dishes and unfortunately it was the female waiter that came to take my order. Again she gave off mega passive aggressive vibes as I looked through the menu to order our dishes, and made me feel I better quickly wrap up ordering. At the end of my order she bluntly told us we were not allowed to add any more orders beyond this point. I would understand this if it was due to time constraint but it was still only 6:15 pm or so at the time. Also I do not understand why only she had this rule for us and not the other male waiter who took my first order.I feel bad for the chef/owner and other staff that give great effort to create a good dining experience for guests only for that to be poured down the drain by one person who doesn’t care. And reading past reviews it does not look like this was an anomaly

吃了和牛,大阪燒,燒大蝦,三者均有驚喜,尤其是和牛,香口不油膩。坐bar枱能看到廚師手藝和處理食材的態度,三位廚師各司其職,表現專業。中途小插曲:侍應意外弄污太太衣服,日本大廚處理合宜,照顧到客人感受,我們繼續開心吃飽飽,出門不約而同說會再次去食。

呢間係朋友特登揀嘅日式居酒屋同我慶祝生日飯 佢成間鋪啲風格同日式居酒屋啲裝修都好似,不過佢多咗個鐵板留喺面前即叫即整 而且啲師傅都係日本人 我見到好多香港人都有上去食啲特色嘅居酒料理🤩🤩🤩👉🏻 啤酒🍻 ($38)💓💓💓💓💓日本啲生啤果然係唔同啲👍🏻啲泡泡勁滑打出嚟入口順滑 我同朋友都忍唔住飲多幾杯🤓同埋佢呢個杯size幾好 因為我驚啤酒擺得耐,如果太多嘅話會太熱唔夠凍冇咁好飲 但係呢個份量啱啱好幾啖一杯,價錢都算抵過其他餐廳👉🏻鐵板八爪魚 ($88) 💓💓💓💓💓呢個八爪魚,佢比觸鬚嘅部位俾我哋。食落完全都唔韌,反而好彈牙。同埋佢加咗少少海鹽炒 好鹹香又易送酒。以往喺出面食到啲八爪魚都係好韌,但呢間反而改觀咗我對八爪魚。🤩🤩🤩份量都夠多。👉🏻帶子 ($98) 💓💓💓💓呢個帶子食落去完全唔覺得係急凍嘅味道 反而佢鐵板燒到佢好鮮甜 同埋肉質都比較結實 師傅工架十足 不過呢個價錢有少少略貴🥲👉🏻蝦 ($98) 💓💓💓💓💓呢個鐵板蝦個口感真係超好 勁彈牙爽甜之餘,同埋佢連埋個殼都可以食冇諗過佢用鐵板可以將個蝦啲殼整到咁脆 忍唔住連個殼都食埋 加上佢加咗少少類似椒鹽嘅粉 更加惹味 個蝦嘅size都唔細㗎👍🏻👉🏻牛舌 ($68) 💓💓💓💓💓眾所周知日本牛舌係唔可以隨便進口去其他國家 所以就算日本餐廳食到嘅牛舌都一定唔係日本進口過嚟 但係佢呢間牛舌同我喺日本居酒屋食到嘅牛舌都接近有8成相似 佢入口係比較厚實 同埋嫩口嚼落去牛香味好濃 都幾煙靭,但係又唔會好似橡筋咁咬唔到。試過喺香港好多地方食,都係好硬又靭個牛舌 所以喺朋友極力推介之下叫咗一份試原來真係好唔錯👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻有驚喜份量都足夠兩個人share試少少大家 加上點埋個柚子胡椒柚子既香味同胡椒嘅辣味更加突出個牛舌 但又唔會蓋過牛舌本身嘅牛味👉🏻煎鱈白子 ($170)💓💓💓💓💓呢個真係有驚喜 因為原本我食過omakase嘅白子 嗰種口感同埋味道,我係接受唔到。但係呢個係朋友誠意推介 同埋佢話唔係成日有得食 所以我先諗住試吓少少佢個味道睇吓會唔會對白子改觀 佢食落去口感好似豆腐咁滑,但係佢係完全冇腥味 而且佢加咗啲椒鹽同埋七味粉上去 再加表皮俾佢煎到好脆入口即溶 完全唔覺得似食緊白子 我都對佢有好大嘅改觀😂😂👍🏻真心好推介同埋真係好好食 原來鐵板煎出嚟嘅白子係咁好食🤤份量方面,佢都唔少㗎加埋啲蔥一齊食更加突出佢嘅鮮味 連啲椰菜都吸晒佢啲海鮮嘅味道好惹味👉🏻豆芽炒韭菜 ($48)💓💓💓💓💓食到7788嘅時候 朋友叫咗個炒菜解吓油膩 佢呢個豆芽同韭菜都炒到10分爽脆清甜 而且可能因為佢鐵板嘅原因食落都好夠鑊氣 加埋佢配上啲調味 完全解到油膩👍🏻👉🏻鵝肝多士 ($150) 💓💓💓💓💓呢個鵝肝份量真係超足👍🏻👍🏻🩷極力推介 加上佢落咗啲甜甜酸酸嘅黑醋醬配搭鵝肝再加埋個多士完全唔油膩食落好開胃 同埋面頭有啲紅椒幾爽甜 係我食過最好食嘅鵝肝 佢用鐵板煎到個鵝肝面頭都好脆內軟🤩👉🏻煎蠔 ($88) 💓💓💓💓💓佢呢個蠔煎到勁juicy 咬落去勁鮮甜 而且都比較爽口 佢都只係落咗少少鹽,帶出個海鮮嘅鮮味👍🏻煎完都唔會太過縮水啱啱好 👉🏻香葱大阪燒 ($78) 💓💓💓💓💓佢呢個香蔥大阪燒 嚟過最後嘅ending 勁多汁我最鍾意😍食大阪燒一定要多汁,同埋佢啲蔬菜都好新鮮 就算咁多汁都唔會蓋過蔬菜嘅甜味 同埋面都煎得好好脆 完全唔漏👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻份量都係超足 總括嚟講呢餐飯真係刷新我對香港居酒屋嘅認知 原來香港都有呢啲地道嘅居酒屋🏮五個心心為最高分Kozy Okonomi-yaki Teppan-yaki (銅鑼灣)地址 : 銅鑼灣軒尼詩道499號永光商業大廈9樓

幫襯左呢度都超過十年早幾年好難訂位 而家易左訂位 所以可以多啲黎食👍 食物質素咁多年都保持到有三個廚師全部都係即場整食物係要啲時間等 見到佢爆單都唔會貪快就起貨呢樣野好值得讚不過建議唔等得既就自己諗過先去啦個人最喜歡蝦 同白子 牛腸都好好食連平時唔鍾意食內臟既我都同老公爭食😂 仲有呢度既牛筋煮好入味基本上所有食物都好好送酒無咩邊樣唔好食最後想講服務我又唔覺得服務好似樓下講到咁差正常服務水平我無試過有咩奇怪同特別既要求又唔會食得特別慢交唔到枱

約左8點半,8點15分上到去,見bar枱冇晒,要坐枱,諗住問下如果我晏少少8點半做完一輪上黎會唔會有機會可以有bar枱坐,點知好出名既女侍應答我你要等到11點😂咁種語氣真係冇得頂野食-雞扒:咸-牛舌:咸-蠔:咸-芝士蛋:咸-炒飯:咸-水:10蚊一杯/18蚊一枝 自問飲唔起🙏🏻價錢還可以,兩個人食600蚊,其他野食唔記得了,不過都係咸架喇,唔係好試到其他味環境-頭頂有盞燈,極刺眼-長期有機器運作聲聽到耳鳴-空氣唔流通即係又嘈又焗服務-聽到10蚊一杯水已經冇心機食-上菜又慢,又催催催
