To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

非常失望 未試過寫差評 但都覺得一定要打食評 唔想佢哋收一百蚊碗麵，但係俾啲幾十蚊嘅貨色 繼續咁樣落去!疫情中期前其實佢係幾好食～ 幾乎隔日就食～一向只食2辛豚王 所以好清楚個味道！但係明顯疫情後 個湯底同麵底都有唔同 唔知係咪慳皮 所以湯底熬製同個麵品質都唔好拉麵同湯係各有各分開～拉麵入口係冇味好似食緊麵粉一様! 🤮而個湯係死鹹同鹹到乸喉!🤮(本身也好食得鹹)湯底鹹到咁都可以令到個拉麵係唔入味!唯獨兩塊細細嘅叉燒 不過不失不過如果得兩塊叉燒入得口 真係唔建議去食！

今日去食碗拉面， 好好味，超濃豬骨味，個豬骨味超濃，好中意佢嘅麵質地，啲云耳浸咗湯好好味，裝修好有日本feel，飲水都好有日本feel，放啲水壺喺你桌上，是免費的，連啲湯都飲埋， 一個星期會食兩三次😋😋😋

果日做完運動去搵嘢食，本來打算去食餃子，咁啱經過豚王而朋友又想試吓就入咗去。星期五嘅中環，我以為都會多人，點知入面得2個客，我次次都例牌叫黑王，好鍾意食佢黑肉醬啲肉碎，因為都成年冇食過，都有啲期待。上餐見到賣相都冇咩分別，一夾就知份量縮晒水，麵好少，啲肉薄到好似張紙，一夾就爛，中間嘅黑色肉醬，變哂做醬，一落水即熔，肉碎少左好多，之後連我最鍾意嘅辣芽菜都停止供應，真係相當失望。雖然佢冇加到價，但食物質素下降，所以都清楚反映到佢咁多分店都結業嘅原因。

豚王 🍜地址: 中環威靈頓街69號地舖1. 經典豚王：我自己覺得佢個湯底不過不失，不過都係鍾意佢個面嘅質感，爽身，唔太硬都唔會太淋，睇佢賣相的而且確一半，但係我覺得佢成碗拉麵都已經好夠味，唔需要我再加七味粉🌝2. 赤王：用咗佢哋自己秘製香辣控油混合味噌，平時唔食開辣嘅千祈唔好掂呀😂 要量力而為！🔥🔥 中環的而且確有好多間拉麵舖，依家可能係性價比偏高嘅😉，亦都可以搵到呢間鋪， 見到唔少遊客都會試！知佢咩料啦🤣#假日好去處#拉麵#香港拉麵#中環好食推介#中環拉麵#中環打卡#中環餐廳

今日中午同同事喺中環搵食，周圍都係人，見豚王相對少啲人，於是同事就提議不如食豚王啦😀排咗一陣間終於有位，豚王店鋪有點細，所以大家都會坐得有啲迫😅其實餐牌選擇唔多，最後我揀咗：豚王拉麵 $92溏心蛋 $19等左一陣，拉麵到喇～發現拉麵配料唔係好多，所以最後都決定加溏心蛋。但係碗拉麵已經$98, 再加溏心蛋$20好似有點小貴，不過無左溏心蛋就好似無咗拉麵個靈魂，所以最後都加咗。拉麵最重要嘅叉燒都係無嘜驚喜，我個人覺得較為薄同埋肥，所以今餐真係普普通通😂
