To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又係中環早餐系列今次繼續燒味檔食早餐,由於中環勁多間燒味檔,所以兢爭都幾激烈。朝早返工人流都好誇張人多到密密麻麻,所以係度食早餐想舒服啲又唔想俾人趕呢,就最好早啲去,0830前就比較安全啦。 話說呢間龍記其實都有三間分店:中環、上環、灣仔;今次去就係中環。早餐款式都係最基本嗰啲~咁揀得燒味店,梗係要叫佢個叉燒啦,我就叫咗G餐叉燒即煲出前一丁 + 煎雙蛋 + 牛油方包~出餐夠快,煎雙蛋牛油方包賣相就好一般,亦其實唔會有咩要求。叉燒煲出前一丁就靚仔好多~叉燒被蜜汁封住,甜蜜加燒烤嘅滋味填滿每一個味蕾,食完一碗都唔夠喉~臨走買多半斤叉燒外賣~要讚讚員工都有禮貌,又夠快手~

如果本人在中環街市附近,下午茶時間,一定會去呢間食半肥瘦义燒湯瀨加杯奶茶。其他燒味都好靚,不過我鐘情义燒多D😍$39在中環出名貴租的地段、可以有一碗美味的义燒湯瀨,還有一杯凍飲,極端抵食,湯瀨還有一條菜心,相當窩心,只可惜沒有葱花。今日杯奶茶比平時淡左少少,我已經叫左少甜少冰,都仲係覺得有D淡。可能今早十時許先落左八號風球,可能師傅吾多夠時間做預備功夫🤨不過整體上已經滿足本人的食欲,希望下次黎杯奶茶會香濃D👍

難得中午跑到中環,經過這間餐廳,因為趕時間便入內點選「叉燒併燒肉河粉」,結果兩個燒味肉硬到不得了;叉燒因為切得薄,所以「咬」得入口;那燒肉肉質十分硬,只選了一塊細細的肉入口,肉質硬到差點吞不下去,其他的燒肉已不想吃落去。湯河粉則中規中矩。總體來講,入口就知原材料是什麼肉,難道生意差嗎?看現場又很多打工人在用餐喎!難道這種食材已是香港人的常規嗎?中伏一次,以後路過就好。

其實只怪自己衰,前幾年以經買過一次外賣,當時都覺得幾難食,今次再一次外賣希望有好轉,不過可惜又一次中伏。燒鵝份量不但少(只得下脾,上脾唔知失左邊)、而且冇肉、乾、硬。燒肉一様,又乾又硬,肉簡直似紙皮,皮似橡筋!雖然外賣冇乜服務可言,但係收銀阿哥同包盒阿姐都唔多友善。超難食但收足中環價錢。燒鵝下莊加一份燒肉一共$195。應該可以話我近年來我去過香港最難食餐廳之一。今時今日呢D餐廳香港地重生存到都算奇蹟。

天氣熱,唔想煮飯,本想快快手手搞掂一餐,就去office附近龍記飯店買叉燒準備炒滑蛋。行到櫃面,見到滿滿蜜汁叉燒,肥瘦分明,令人食欲大振。於是問價買半斤叉燒,向落單個女人講明要半肥瘦,女人只落order一句:「半斤叉燒」,我怕師傅聽唔到,再重複講一次。結果手起刀落,最後盒面的都係超瘦肉,一望就知係湯渣式鞋皮肉,下層只有數片是帶少許肥膏的,師傅還說:「呢d係半肥瘦啦!」呢間野個名聽左好耐,卻名大於實,唔會再幫襯啦!
