想試這家餐廳已有多年,發現好難book位,然而今次試吓book週末午餐,半年也沒有位,但今日午餐有位便試試香。裝修高級優雅,感覺舒適,雖然高級,但沒有太拘謹的感覺。前菜:陳皮脆米鯪魚球這個鯪魚球炸得鬆化香口,鯪魚球口感彈牙,帶濃厚的陳皮香,不錯。蝦子海鮮餃$95 each這個蝦子海鮮餃大大件,超正!-口爽彈的蝦肉,有D似龍蝦的口感,清爽新鮮,配上鮮美的海鮮饀料,滿有鮮蝦和帶子感的鮮甜味,餃子皮又薄又通透,好好吃!原隻鮑魚雞粒酥$99 each原隻鮑魚雞粒酥超正!鮑魚煮得入味,又軟腍又滑,加上甜香的脆撻和滑溜的饀料,味道鮮甜,又有鬆化的口感,真係完美的咸甜配搭,必吃!檸香菜苗鱸魚餃$88這個鱸魚餃也十分可口,有淡雅的魚肉鮮甜味,口感軟滑,味道的配搭新鮮,又有檸檬的清香,感覺輕盈,好吃。黃橋藤椒燒餅$88這個好吃到不得了,燒餅口感鬆化就不得了,燒餅嘅餡料以豬肉蔬菜為主。豬肉餡相當鮮甜又Juicy,加上甜甜地又鬆化嘅燒餅,再配上香口嘅芝麻,真係好好食,份量啱啱好,吃完都唔會好膩滯。皇湯雞絲羮$390雞絲羹YouTuber都讚不絕口,今日一試,果然令人十分難忘,簡直係每一口係雞湯汁嘅精華,味道相當鮮甜濃郁,口感香滑,每一口有一絲絲雞肉,配上爽口的筍絲?而且有火保持湯羮的熱度,正,真係十分滋味非同飯響$380Xo 醬牛肉炒puntalette, 怪不得意大利粉口感硬硬地,幾香口,加上微辣嘅XO醬,洋蔥和牛肉碎,香口惹味。蜂蜜薑茶糕$44/2件蜂蜜薑茶糕口感軟滑,有濃厚嘅薑茶風味,薑味十足,唔會太甜。香芒楊枝甘露$138香芒楊枝甘露真係超正,口感香滑,啖啖芒果茸,酸甜味道剛剛好,加上底層的芒果布甸,雙重滋味,正!餐廳送上甜品,椰汁綠豆糕,味道香甜,又好有椰汁味,椰汁和綠豆的味道十分合拍,好味。而cookie 口感香脆,唔油膩亦唔太甜。這一天的午餐真難忘。 continue reading

同老公慶祝紀念日,特意選擇中菜,因為我倆最喜歡中菜。環境、服務、菜式一流,員工服務態度令人感到舒適,介紹酒類飲品時會詳細講解,態度友善。當晚共叫了五道菜,兩杯酒和一壺菜,本身想叫飯後甜品,但想不到菜品份量意外地十足,肚皮實在沒有位置再吃甜品,唯有下次探訪再試吧!五道菜最驚喜的是黑蒜爆炒蝦球,整道菜鑊氣十足,蝦球個頭大而彈牙,品質絕對是優秀,加上黑蒜獨特味道,令人驚艷。另外亦十分喜愛炸蟹蓋,啖啖蟹肉,配上喼汁別有一番滋味。老公最愛龍景軒炸子雞,外皮薄而脆,雞肉嫩,多吃幾件亦完全不感到膩。其他菜式味道亦十分滿意,相比起中環另一間5星酒店著名的中菜廳,我認為龍景軒味道更佳,會令我想再訪。 continue reading

預先咗幾個月前book,果然唔會令你失望。訂枱時候,佢哋主動問有啲乜嘢係特別唔鍾意食,咁我講咗要走芫荽,去到餐廳,佢哋都再確認多一次,很好的客戶體驗☺️叫咗商務套餐,包括「精選點心」,「椰子煲雞湯」,燒味拼盤(脆皮燒腩仔,玫瑰豉油雞香麻海蜇頭),「蒜蓉粉絲蒸蝦球」,「黑椒洋蔥牛崧炒飯」同埋「香芒楊枝甘露」。樣樣餸都好好味,回味無窮🤤服務真係唔使講,好稱心,好殷勤,絕對令到你有賓至如歸嘅感覺👍🏻訂枱時要求咗喺甜品上寫Happy Birthday,佢哋冇甩漏,唔需要再提佢都做到👍🏻環境亦都十分之好,當日安排咗靠窗位,加上外邊陽光普照☀️藍天白雲🌤️,所以影相都特別靚😉 continue reading

今日終於都嚟到呢一間喺四季酒店嘅高級中菜,順便慶祝屋企人生日,餐廳淨係到非常舒服坐得,而且空間感十足非常適合朋友或者家庭嘅聚會,呢度待應亦都非常專業,亦都好細心咁咪客人介紹每一道菜,呢個位非常值得加分,都可能係呢一間餐廳咁出名嘅原因!✔️炸釀鮮蟹蓋,食落去非常有驚喜,入邊一絲一絲嘅蟹肉,食落去口感非常高級,而且亦都係我同屋企人覺得非常有驚喜,因為好少喺出邊嘅餐廳可以食到呢一種味道,雖然價錢有少少貴,但係我覺得大家都可以試吓! continue reading
