頭先同閨蜜逛完街,肚子咕咕叫,決定去試下呢間話題嘅川菜館,我哋走入去,裝搭型格,一眼望去有種潮流感🎨。服務員親切得嚟,等我哋坐定定就介紹下菜單,好興奮添!首先,試吓嘅麻婆豆腐🌶,賣相普通,但味道就真係令人驚嘆,豆腐滑到出晒咧,入口即溶,中間帶嘅麻辣味道,辣得啱啱好,又唔會蓋過豆腐嘅鮮美,太正啦!大伙兒除咗讚不絕口,還差啲搶埋我碟中嘅最後一啖呢。個川菜館仲有分辣同唔辣款式,食辣嘅慢慢來,唔辣款仲有其他選擇,溫暖到我呢啲唔太能食辣嘅朋友😆。每道菜分量都啱啱好,食完正正好,唔使浪費,心情又靚晒。最正係佢哋好似唔太用味精,食完唔會口渴,仲要唔會太油膩,食到心舒服。嚟過呢一次後,真心推介比想入門試試川菜嘅食客,同時都要mark低,下次同其他啲朋友再黎向辣挑戰啦!🔥 continue reading

今次我去食咗一家將川菜香港化嘅飲食天地,正!食物入口即溶,香辣得嚟又不失雅致,唔會攪到你嗆嗽一聲。🎵 一眼就愛上咗佢哋嘅魚香茄子,呢個茄子煮得軟綿綿又入味,完全無得輸。肉末撈擇啖啖肉,肉香四溢,真係惹味到不得了。而咁平民化嘅食物竟然可以煮得咁有水準,絕對係一個驚喜!最後嘅高潮竟然係來自大廚嘅半場秀 —— 高歌一曲,仲要係中國戲曲,哥哥姐姐們,呢個配搭真係無搞戇。🎶整間餐廳又係一個畫廊,一邊食美食,一邊欣賞藝術,覺得好有格調。差唔多食完又有靚聲唱腔陪餐,真係曲終人不散。下次再來,我一定要約埋幾個懂得欣賞嘅朋友一齊嚟享受呢個非一般嘅美食體驗。😋 continue reading

記得大平伙開業時經常帶公司客戶來宴客,當時四川菜不似現時盛行,覺得好新鮮新奇,再加上老板娘的歌喉另人聽出耳油,非常吸引的一間特色菜館。今日再臨午餐,感覺食物水準依舊。點了一個二人午餐 $628,以午餐來說是貴了一點,食後質素方面又覺得ok喎。滋味冬瓜球甜甜帶微酸,清甜可口。蓉城口水雞辣汁好正,辣度慢慢滲入口腔與及喉嚨,又不會是太搶,開胃至極。雞肉不嚡口嫰滑,且入味。是日例湯有蛋花,蕃茄,菇菌,蔬菜,清淡好飲。芙蓉三寶有點似賽螃蟹。有帶子,蝦,鮑魚,有口感。蛋白好滑溜,配飯一流。招牌大千雞球採用椒絲,洋蔥的爆鍋,雞球惹味,爆汁,少許的微辣,醒胃。干扁四季豆調味恰到好處,四季豆爽脆,又是配飯佳品。事隔多年,依然是味道吸引我,值得推薦給友人。 continue reading

I don’t like to eat spicy food and I had to join a business dinner that this week.Pow! Wow!The food there was so delicious and I have not coughed a bit because of the spices!What an amazing surprise! I will go there again very soon! Simply love it! continue reading
