沾仔記算是香港非常老牌的雲吞麵店了除了它還有麥奀沾仔記身為被米米芝蓮指南「必比登推介」這間位於中環的店不乏遊客但當天去還是有大概三分之一是香港本地人🔹️ 招牌雲吞麵 $40直接點了一碗招牌雲吞麵份量看起來不算多 主要是麵體比較小但其實很足料 雲吞大大粒  雲呑用新鮮草蝦 蝦肉爽口彈牙湯底以大地魚乾熬每日鮮製的蛋麵口感也有彈性 沒有太多鹼水味整體來說真的很不錯😋 continue reading
