今晚老婆不想煮飯,我們決定去附近的小曼谷海鮮燒烤屋。這家店的門口有個搞笑的公仔在招手,讓人忍不住微笑。進入店內,裝修別具一格,充滿了曼谷的風情,仿佛置身於泰國。我們選擇了二人套餐,優惠價288元,還免加一,性價比超高!套餐包括泰式煲仔翅,裡面居然有魚翅,十分足料。接著是香葉辣椒豬肉碎燴飯,配上荷包蛋,辣度剛好,豬肉碎的香味和米飯結合得非常好,真是一流的搭配。串燒方面,豬牛雞串燒烤得恰到好處,外焦內嫩,令人垂涎。泰式馬拉盞炒通菜的味道也很不錯,不會過鹹,讓人吃得開心。套餐還贈送了椰汁糕,濃郁的椰汁香味令人驚喜,十分美味。最近店鋪有特別優惠,只需38元就可以點到特式冬陰魚片湯。這款湯的冬陰功味道濃郁,魚片滑嫩,讓人一口接一口,非常好吃。最後,我們還點了一份串燒拼盤,裡面有燒粟米、燒翠玉瓜、燒冬菇和燒雞脾菇,各種口味交錯,滿足了我們的味蕾。這頓晚餐不僅美味,還讓我們體驗到了泰國的獨特魅力,真是一個愉快的夜晚! continue reading

風味燒豬頸肉,超級大份,肉質鮮嫩,外皮燒到卜卜脆,配搭特製嘅醬汁,口感層次分明,送酒一流!但驚喜嘅係泰北尖重火鍋,特別係金不換湯底。湯底味道濃郁,湯裡面好多香料,十分足料,唔食辣嘅人都好啱。裡面包括埋安格斯牛肉、豬肉、蝦、鮮魷、粉絲同雜菜,肉類,海鮮同兩隻雞蛋,全部都好新鮮,尤其係鮮魷爽口彈牙,最後落埋粉絲,煮熟之後後吸收了湯底嘅精華,粉絲嘅配搭好吸湯好正,比佢100分!。另外,泰式炸蝦餅都係必試!外脆內軟,啖啖肉岩晒我地鍾意食肉嘅人,佢仲有配埋一啲酸辣醬料,成個味覺更加有層次。如果你鍾意火鍋,絕對唔可以錯過泰北尖重火鍋,金不換湯底真係值得推薦!不過提提大家,係期間限定架,要食記得快啲嚟! continue reading

九龍城有好多間泰國菜,今日簡呢間食係因為佢有個冬日限定既泰式火鍋,港式邊爐就食得多,泰式真係好少接觸。湯底方面有3款,泰北金不換, 冬蔭湯底同埋椰汁湯底。我地簡左泰北金不換。上枱時,店員會直接比多一碗湯,方便之後食既時候加湯。湯底清清地,金不換既獨特香味好突出,鐘意佢個湯底唔會過咸。配料方面有安格斯牛肉, 豬肉片, 魷魚, 蝦, 雜菜同埋粉絲。整體份量都幾多! 而且海鮮係好新鮮,特別係蝦! 另外仲會配有2隻生雞蛋,可以沾生蛋汁食,或者打落個煲到食都得!2 人份量都好夠,食得好飽!另外叫左個香葉肉碎炒飯,好香口,油香四溢既肉碎加入金不換之後有陣薄荷香氣,非常開胃,而且食落辣辣地,好惹味。仲有煎到焦邊嘅蛋,賣相同味道都一流。野飲叫左椰青,超大隻而且好多椰子肉! continue reading

約咗朋友去九龍城食飯,首選當然係泰國菜,小曼谷海鮮燒烤屋在九龍城係老字號。地方簡潔,擺設充滿泰國格調,主打新鮮海鮮。冬蔭海軍海鮮部隊鍋(小):辣度揀咗少辣,部隊鍋係季節限定,份量分2人和4-6人,一大盆上枱,材料份量十足,有蝦、青口、帶子、魷魚、扎肉、五花肉、蟹柳、肉碎、蛋黃和麵條,相當豐富,材料新鮮,湯底係冬蔭公,味道濃郁,酸辣鮮美,五味俱全,不油膩,麵條吸收到湯汁,彈牙惹味。泰式干炒豬肉片河:豬肉片爽滑彈牙,醬油香氣四溢,炒得乾身夠火喉,炒得乾身夠火喉,非常香濃惹味!正宗泰國風味串燒,做得非常出色,沙嗲醬汁好惹味,雞全翼皮脆肉嫩、豬肉、雞肉有口感。 continue reading
