份量好細,真係食唔飽,但價錢好貴唔想再叫,因為未好食到覺得值得呢個價錢。同埋我地叫咗個set dinner,無諗過set dinner係會得咁少咁細份,原本諗住叫威靈頓牛,但冇預先order所以冇,之後諗返好彩冇叫,因為相對出面其他餐廳,佢個價錢真係好貴。服務方面,真係叫天天不應,叫地地不聞。

當你睇到呢篇食評嗰陣,其實Bistro Bon已經結業喇~我想記錄返一次喺Bistro Bon食晚餐嘅經歷,但願遲啲再有機會喺香港食到!(最尾有交代Bistro Bon嘅去向).Bistro Bon係一間位於九龍塘浸大嘅西餐廳,同浸大入面嘅其他canteen唔同,Bistro Bon顯然係一間比較高級嘅餐廳,喺呢度你可以食到各種各樣嘅西式食物、具異國風情嘅美味料理,絕對唔會係「頹飯」~雖然係咁,但由於佢嘅下午茶實在係太抵食,基本上三十幾蚊就有交易,價錢居然同浸大嘅其他canteen相若,所以浸大人都會視佢為午後之食堂,稱之為BB Can (Bistro Bon Canteen).呢晚喺Bistro Bon食咗幾樣嘢~落完單之後,店員就送上餐包同牛油,一嚿外表好似煎堆咁嘅樣嘅包,外脆內軟,又甜甜地,好特別呀!另一嚿包望落就好似scone,又脆又香,好吃~.主食方面,我嗌咗個豬下巴意粉,其實人哋全名係叫煙燻伊比利亞豬下巴香蒜辣椒意粉~豬下巴喺出面好少機會食到,覺得佢幾特別就叫咗嚟試!意粉嘅份量雖然唔多,但真係好高質!廚師首先慢慢煎香豬下巴,逼晒佢啲油出嚟之後,再放意粉落鑊炒,所以每啖意粉都食到豬油嘅甘香!除此之外,炒意粉時落咗香蒜同辣椒,所以入口個味道非常豐富,有油香、有蒜味、又辣辣哋,真係好正呀!意粉比平時食嗰啲更幼細,我覺得佢更似天使麵,質感煙韌,煮得恰到好處!(因為我好怕食嗰啲煮到過晒火稔到不得了嘅意粉!).食完個意粉,全晚嘅重頭戲終於來了!就係呢個要事先預訂嘅威靈頓牛柳!賣相真係好吸引,酥皮金黃,花紋細緻~個酥皮食到最後一嚿牛柳嗰時都仲係酥脆卜卜㗎!.牛柳叫咗medium五成熟,唔會太生又唔會太熟,牛柳中心呈粉紅色~牛柳肉質嫩滑多汁,絕對唔嚡口!酥皮同牛柳之間有一層鵝肝醬,鵝肝醬除咗好香嘅鵝肝味,仲有濃郁嘅菇菌黑松露味!個醬仲食到火腿塊,十分有誠意~伴碟一啲都唔馬虎, 薯蓉好重牛油同奶味,入口好綿滑好smooth!真係估唔到連個薯蓉都咁好食,賣相仲要咁靚!好滿足呀!.甜品方面,我叫咗檸檬撻,正正常常啦~個檸檬餡雖然有少少酸,但連埋上層嘅蛋白一齊食就剛剛好!.位於浸大嘅Bistro Bon喺7月15號已經結業,餐廳喺social media透露未來有機會喺尖沙咀再同大家見面~希望之後仲有得試佢其他嘅特色嘢啦!

🍔雙層芝士煎蛋手打牛肉漢堡配薯條及沙律菜💰$74😈呢間餐廳都一直成日想黎🤣聽人講佢個dinner有威靈頓牛柳食🤤不過自己整過一次就暫時打消念頭所以就試下佢個午餐😜佢係係浸會大學到既呢到係歡迎訪客黎食不過位置就有少少距離😢可以泊車係門外既😎佢午餐都叫合理價錢😗Burger就唔算話太岀色麵包無烘過所以無咁香同漢堡唔太Juicy不過都可接受但最驚喜我既係個薯條因為佢唔係普通薯條而佢係落左好多粉🤤佢係似5個人入面既CajunFries🤣所以我覺得幾好食不過🐻食個個雞扒肉碎飯就有啲失望似普通Canteen食咁😣希望有機會試佢Dinner

Lunch hour 去呢度食飯~ 環境幾舒服 喺浸大嘅餐廳 座位都算幾多~香煎原條鮮魚配蕃茄莎莎醬($118)首先呢個要等耐啲嘅 都等咗成半個鐘 條魚都幾大條 雖然肉就唔多啦 番茄沙沙醬好小 根本唔夠點全條魚 🥲而且冇咩味 唔係好搵到莎莎醬喺邊🙃🙃 到條魚啦 外皮煎唔脆唔香口 一啲都唔滑 仲腥腥地... 而且價錢都偏貴 香辣烤雞伴卡津風味薯條及沙律菜($80)香辣粉同five guys 嘅 Cajun 薯條係一樣㗎😍所以都幾好食 加分~ 而且隻雞好滑 咬落都幾Juicy (除咗個骹位比較鞋)同埋分量都幾大 一定夠飽!

真心唔明點解有咁多好評…又咩隱世美食…隱世就真係好隱世,但美食就真係不敢恭維…可能係我黑仔啦…但係叫左兩道菜都中晒伏,其中有道仲要係招牌菜…要預訂既威靈頓牛柳…先講下前菜,前菜叫左煙三文魚凱薩沙律…份量就好少,三文魚得兩塊…至於味道,三文魚都還可以,但作為沙律靈魂既生菜,係苦既…好明顯就係冇洗乾淨啲農藥…都算最令人失望係主菜-威靈頓牛柳…要提早預訂又收成六百幾…出黎既水準果然符合大學頹飯既水平…成道菜連個醬汁都冰冷無味,牛柳差唔多係well done,又老又散,簡直就係煲完湯之後既瘦肉湯渣一樣,完全感覺唔到自己食緊牛肉…咁既價錢咁既質素真係0分都俾多…市面上有其他扒房同樣係威靈頓牛柳,收緊一半都冇既價錢,但人地出黎嘅水準係呢到既幾倍…簡直係伏中之伏,搞到我都忍唔住要第一次寫食評佢地係open kitchen 既設計,但奇怪既係坐左成晚兩個鐘,係一啲香味都聞唔到…只怪自己太年輕,錯信呢到既正評…如果大家真係想食呢間,請做好食完一肚氣既心理準備性價比極低,成餐八百蚊但出黎既野二百蚊可能都唔值
