To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前成日都會黎食，啲野食都仲ok，點知愈食愈差，上次食左隻野仲游緊水，已經無點出聲，叫佢換左佢就算，職員仲要好似無發生過野咁，一句唔好意思都無😡😡。過多兩星期想再俾多次機會佢，點知今次食條魚好腥又未熟，已經係炸既魚都食到咁腥，仲要愈食愈腥，點知見到入面仲係紅色，完全未熟哂就俾人食，過份！！完全無晒食慾，真心唔會再幫襯依間，職員態度又差，依家連野食都唔好食，我都諗唔到有咩理由再食依間野，真係太過份先咁post，希望大家希用。差差差

今日同老婆去咗魚米食早餐，我點咗個公司公仔丐，老婆點咗一個餐蛋治！公司公仔麵有沙茶牛肉、火腿絲、腸仔、太陽蛋、午餐肉，份量足之餘而且非常豐富！餐蛋治非常足料又大份，配埋杯凍奶茶，非常滿足！

打電話外賣叫咗麻辣腩肉炸醬鴨血米線、韭菜餃米線、魚蛋魚片米線、魚湯浸娃娃菜，十五分鐘就攞得，效率非常之快。麻辣湯底都好夠辣，食得辣先好試，另外兩個魚湯米線都ok, 食完都唔口渴。
