🔸香蒜白酒蜆意粉 Pasta Vongole $115呢個意粉真係好有驚喜,鍾意食蒜嘅會覺得好幸福,啲蜆嘅份量仲要好多🔸香濃蝦汁海蝦意粉 Shrimp Pasta $130*相較*呢個比較失色,必須要強調只係相較,其實單睇呢個item都係好好的haha,但我一方面見佢話「濃汁」,而家實際上碟意粉上枱嘅色澤真係好靚,所以我一心以為係超入味嗰種,但結果香蒜蜆意粉搶咗風頭XD 同樣地雖然佢收你$130,但份量十份,好多喺市區嘅cafe,同價/甚至貴過佢嘅都冇俾咁多海蝦🔸蜜糖烤排骨配薯條 Roasted Pork Rib with fries $110排骨烤得恰到好處,唔會好乾好柴,啲肉唔會痴實舊骨,好易咬開,蜜糖醬味道亦都夾得好好,鹹鹹甜甜lamlam脷。配菜薯條相信係即炸,所以全部都又熱又脆身▫️Signature Drinks 蘋果 甘荀 薑 $45相信係鮮榨,因為只有咁先會喺上枱嘅時候有咁多泡。加咗薑呢個element令飲品更加有層次,唔係一味甜▫️Signature Drinks 青瓜 雪梨 $45夏日炎炎,呢杯冇得輸,味道就係你想象嘅清爽、清甜,一如意料之內,同樣地相信係鮮榨,所以唔係死甜📌成餐飯如果要評,唯一係節奏,一方面可能因為大家入得去就係想chill吓想放慢落嚟,二來店入面人手唔係咁多,所以上菜速度頗慢,item之間亦隔得有啲耐。如果喺趕船期/ 比較肚餓想好快補充能量嘅可能會扣啲分,不過我覺得係worth the wait^^ continue reading

訂錯索罟灣民宿,應該住榕樹灣較方便。每次都要搭出中環再搭回榕樹灣巿集,幸好60分鐘內完成。未肚餓食晚餐,走入迷宮一樣的橫街窄巷尋幽探秘。不經不覺廿十幾年無踏足南丫島,見住宅、小店、食肆都比當年為多,而環境壓迫感大了。逛到疲倦口渴體溫飈升,見有間茶座即衝入去歇歇。非常自助沒職員招呼,自己搵好位便走到櫃面落單比錢,再等候取餐。因為差不多要到目標餐廳 BB 海景餐廳晚膳,依家要忍忍口只點飲品吧!內籠裝潢家庭簡約式,算得上舒服,不過冷氣不太夠凍呢!青瓜雪梨汁,天氣酷氣要點清新不太甜不太膩的,依杯都係揀得非常恰當!青瓜味鮮而突出,搭著雪梨天然的甜,鮮撞甜不用添加糖水,狠狠大大啖吸啜,即時透心涼打通任督二脈!凍朱古力咖啡,奶泡實在過多,我要朱古力咖啡而不是泡沫咖啡啊!因為飲凍,冰會使味道變淡,所以奶味出而朱古力及咖啡味十分薄弱,平庸沒特別,解解渴可以的。 continue reading

星期六同朋友去南丫島散心。 見依間餐廳環境唔錯,同幾多人幫襯就入去去試試。餐廳採用自助形式,客人首先掃QR code睇餐牌選擇,再到counter落單比錢,然後可以喺隔離攞餐具同斟水。餐廳不設加一服務費。❇️香濃蝦汁海蝦意粉成碟意粉一上枱已經好吸引,蝦都幾多同幾大隻,無雪味亦都唔霉!而且佢個蝦汁令到成碟意粉都充滿著蝦嘅味道。意粉質地幾好,唔會話好淋,而且份量都算多,我哋每人都分到兩碟。❇️蜜糖烤排骨配薯條排骨肉質好腍,容易分開食。有蜜糖味。薯條只係一般般,口感偏軟及粉身。總結:食物質素很好,環境適合兩個女仔傾吓偈。 continue reading

餐廳空間雖小,但環境舒服放鬆,讓人遠離都市煩囂。之前疫情期間,幾次經過這家餐廳門口都大排長龍,把我嚇退。這次終於有機會嘗一嘗啦!食評:1. 香濃蝦汁海蝦意粉(必推主食‼️)新鮮彈牙的蝦,再加上意粉的蝦汁是用了蝦頭、蝦殼、蝦粉等熬制而成,蝦汁香而濃稠,非常掛面。2. 香蒜白酒蜆意粉意面偏乾身不油膩,吃之前建議要撈一下底下的蒜,香味便撲鼻而來了,味道很不錯~3. 蜜糖烤排骨配薯條店家自家醃料特製烤豬肋骨,烤的剛好,醃制入味,好正~不過我還真沒吃出蜜糖味,起初以為蜜糖烤會讓排骨表面帶點焦脆,裡面鎖住肉汁。結果沒有,略扣些分吧🤏4. 芒果芝士蛋糕 (必食甜品‼️)用了酸奶芝士,中間芒果鮮肉,蛋糕表面淋上香濃芒果醬,色彩鮮艷,味道酸酸甜甜,沒有一般芝士蛋糕的厚重感,清新解膩。好評不斷絕對是有道理的😋👍整體而言,餐廳菜品不多,但食物質素有保證。可謂用料講究、用心製作👍我看店家自己在廚房做菜,由於人手有限,製作需時,請大家注意耐心等待😌慢慢等~體驗離島慢生活~ continue reading

來到南丫島點可以唔去下CAFE到CHILL下先,我同友人行左陣就入左依間南島書蟲,餐廳偏海洋渡假FEEL,以半自助形式,需要自己拿餐具,而且要先付款後取餐,沒有食用時間限制。蜜糖烤排骨配薯條(HK$95):排骨整塊上,肉嫩香口多汁,好易咬開,好方便,而且排骨下面薯條好香脆,超級好味,超級推介。脆皮炸雞翼(HK$70):一碟有6雙雞翼,皮脆肉嫩,味道唔錯。香蒜白酒蜆意粉(HK$98):白酒味道唔算濃,可以帶返蜆味,意粉質感剛剛好,完成唔會乾身。每碟份量都好足,三五知己一齊分享就剛剛好,而家價錢合理,不過清潔度略為稍遜色,餐廳環境有特色,還可以打卡,下次去南丫島會再次光顧,會想試下食其他菜色。 continue reading
