朋友聚會, 之前試過唔同嘅米之蓮餐廳, 好多味道都不似預期, 今次明閣比預期好味, 不負一星美譽。首先上檯嘅明閣八小碟同七味金磚豆腐, 味道唔錯, 其中燒腩仔皮脆肉嫩, 而豆腐就做到外脆內軟, 八小碟嘅份量都幾多, 食完已經飽咗一半。一場嚟到, 梗係要試埋個蟹蓋, 蟹肉都多, 但味道就不過不失, 個人覺得試一次就夠。同行朋友對爵士湯同花膠雞絲羹都感興趣, 於是每樣都叫咗個, 爵士湯夠甜, 雞絲羹好濃味, 果然係濃湯🤤 另外仲有個清淡嘅菜膽竹笙清燉松茸, 有比較之下, 我都係鐘意濃味嘅雞絲羹😬之後仲叫咗炸子雞, 羊腩煲, 豆腐煲 同 鵝肝A5和牛炒飯。炸子雞皮夠脆, 肉入味。羊腩煲唔太羶, 肉炆到好淋, 有入口即溶嘅感覺。和牛炒飯炒得夠乾身, 粒粒分明, 香味撲鼻。反而個豆腐煲無特別, 可以不試。最後叫埋甜品, 為愉快啲聚會劃上完美的句號。 continue reading

今個月生日朋友帶我黎試呢個「明悅嚐味宴MING MOON DEGUSTATION MENU」!一直對呢間餐廳好奇(話晒都係香港少有嘅米芝蓮一星中菜廳)!呢個menu仲有sparkling wine / white / red 做pairing,不過我同我朋友都唔想飲酒,要咗杯果汁😂以下落黎逐個Dish介紹吓:1、明閣兩小碟(魚子醬酒香鵝肝凍、蒜泥紅油帶子)唔記得左影相,個魚子醬鵝肝凍其實係花雕jelly,我就覺得夾埋一齊食味道比較一般 // 帶子就唔係特別香或大粒,不過襯咗啲萵筍絲墊底口感都幾特別2、燒味二重奏(至尊蜜汁叉燒、黑松露鳯梨乳豬件)個叉燒好好食!!!食嘅時候仲係好暖,佢冇話做到個皮好脆或者窿邊嘅效果,但件件半肥瘦,唔漏而且好香軟~3、原個椰皇菜膽天白菇竹笙清燉松茸個湯好清甜,竹笙口感啱啱好!椰肉燉到好軟滑夠淋身,仲有少少香味,忍唔住刮晒嚟食(同埋我第一次見到有鋸齒嘅匙羹😂😂😂)4、酥炸釀鮮蟹蓋啖啖蟹肉,炸皮又夠香脆👍5、天池泡菜耀龍皇 黑椒和牛龍蝦鉗食嘅時候覺得自己去上咗黑白大廚,個泡菜汁同龍蝦肉好夾,又唔會搶咗龍蝦肉嘅味道又夠惹味! 另外用左免治和牛肉包住條龍蝦蕊,咁樣嘅做法都係第一次食,好味6、鮑汁珍菌銀杏燴香苗佢個飯上面鋪嗰啲脆米,令到口感好過癮,本身佢啲白飯粒炒得夠乾身7、精選甜點 (遠年陳皮紅豆酥、薑汁桃膠燉鮮奶、十勝紅豆桂花糕)陳皮紅豆酥夠香,唔會太甜,本身諗住淨係食半粒都忍唔住食晒!桃膠燉鮮奶就反而一般(上菜嗰陣佢仲唔記得將桃膠鋪面),桂花糕都比較一般作為米芝蓮一星餐廳,今次服務有待改善。不過餐廳入面環境都好舒服,食物質素都可以,值得再回頭! continue reading

同朋友黎慶祝生日收得這個價錢 好有期望想請佢食餐好既老實說 換來只有失望服務ok 但食物質素好一般 (連茶都係一般)蟹膏無乜鮮味可言仲要用來煮好幾個餸同湯 都係同一隻味無乜層次可言係個炸海參夠脆 不過無乜味個湯同餸既賣相唔ok 有d hea一pat 炸野係一堆汁上 (請睇圖)蟹係最正常package 列明薑酒是樽裝相片都是見到樽裝但現場卻取巧話是由樽倒出來的一杯不過味道都係麻麻 所以唔深究 無所謂臘味飯平平 甜品水晶餃直頭唔好食 皮厚無味總結是不知為何是米芝蓮級數無下次 continue reading

老公生日,因為佢鐘意食中菜,見OpenRice 有哩個黑珍珠盛宴,睇落好豐富,又有鮑魚又龍蝦又花膠又官燕咁幾吸引,於是乎就預購咗來試吓。加上多年前有親友响哩度擺過酒,印象感覺都唔錯😌茶選擇咗菊花茶第一道菜係叉燒同帶子不知是因為肚餓還是心情靚,覺得叉燒超級好味,帶子也合胃口。食物全部都熱騰騰,很好味👍焗蟹蓋,入面全部都係蟹肉好足料,不過食落較滯,個人覺得應加入一啲爽嘅食物例如馬蹄或粟米咁😉天子蘭松茸螺頭燉花膠,都好足料,有好多螺頭肉,飲落好舒服跟住到鵝掌乾鮑柚皮,因為真係好少食乾鮑😅覺得好好味,好鮮味(同罐頭鮑魚不能相比🤣)柚皮就較漏較濟,不合個人口味XO醬本地龍蝦,好似唔夠野味,預期佢係XO醬重味啲,覺得個醬汁較為遜色,龍蝦肉都新鮮彈牙哩個雲腿竹笙菜膽就真係最冇特別,大配角,只係一小片火腿,唔係好知想點😅和牛炒飯都野味嘅,不過真係太飽已經,加上和牛切得太細粒,食唔出咩和牛味椰汁蘆薈官燕,之前一直睇錯係椰汁燉官燕😂所以送到來時見到係糕來嘅,有少少失望添🤪不過我冇提及過要寫字,好細心有寫字,即刻加晒分總括來講,服務態度非常滿意,又主動邦我們影相。食物全部熱騰騰(個人認為中菜食物一定要夠熱先好味)我們都有一次非常愉快嘅米之蓮體驗☺️ continue reading
