昨天晚上特登去試吓明閣,出名嘅叉燒蟹蓋套餐,但係估唔到叉燒居然有根,蟹蓋又唔夠熱裹面居然仲有蟹柳條切粒,其他食品就穩打穩扎一般水平,服務員呢上菜就冇介紹係乜嘢嚟嘅,基本上服務水平等同一般餐廳,冇必要特別去試

拍青瓜花雕凍鮑魚-鮑魚肉質柔軟得黎好彈牙,花雕味平均,青瓜好清香,唔錯的餐前小食👍🏻七味金磚豆腐-外脆內軟的豆腐,口感一流,外層的咸香很出色,好味❤️燒味三重奏-三重奏有海蜇、乳豬同半肥瘦叉燒,乳豬皮脆到好似薯片咁 好正👍🏻半肥瘦叉燒肉質都幾滑 如果質地可以再幼嫩的話 口感會更豐富~明閣炸子雞-金黃酥脆的外皮 包住肉質鮮嫩多汁的肉質 發揮不錯👍🏻薑蔥上海年糕龍蝦煲-龍蝦好新鮮同埋都幾厚肉 上海年糕充斥住龍蝦的鮮味 加上煙靭嘅口感 竟然佢好有驚喜😂雖然佢有少少貴 但係享受非凡❤️窩燒蔥香鵝肝A5和牛炒飯-味道方面 鵝肝比和牛味道更出眾 但係整個炒飯帶有濃郁的肉香 好惹味 米飯粒粒分明 口感滑順 食埋佢 整餐飯好滿足🫶🏻

事隔兩年,今日再同朋友嚟飲茶。點心價錢當然加了不少,但服務、食物品質冇變叉燒依然以肉質取勝,份量足,味道偏淡,蜜汁唔甜,亦唔係燒得好燶,可算係健康呢!叉燒餡雖然多但好淡冇豉油真係唔得!燒賣、鹹水角、流沙包都係正常味道,冇乜特別,覺得唔值咁貴第一次食有驚喜,賣相吸引,晶瑩餃皮包住爽口露筍,加埋鮮甜濕潤嘅蝦肉,係今餐最好食的最值錢係嗰幾條陳皮,但全碟點心冇陳皮味,柚皮已經腍到碎晒,排骨不健康,鹹得滯飯後甜品都係一般啦,薑汁味唔濃,勝在唔係好甜。
