To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說朝頭早去雅蘭中心睇醫生，想食個早餐先，見到樓下有間太興就入去啦⋯⋯我其實都食過好多次太興早餐，通常都好少會出事😂😂😂係試過一次喺香港仔太興有啲不愉快經歷，不過我冇做到OpenRice 評語，只係私底下出個意見比佢哋總部就算⋯⋯今次冇乜問題, 早餐都OK正常，乾淨。啲職員都有招呼，雖然只有一間集團式茶餐廳，但依間做到了應有嘅要求…始終旺角區都會搭枱的，呢個唔係問題…少少like就係嗰塊麵包多士又整熱上👍 continue reading

叉燒極度難食

基本上日日中午都幫襯叉燒油雞飯，但近排叉燒水準真係慘不忍睹，一食落口有強烈獵肉怪味，而且非常硬，已向職員提過反映，但沒改善，可能每人口味不同，但變成獵肉味叉燒而沒有本身燒味的叉燒，最後食埋今天，真的不會再點了。因為每次幫襯都是為了吃太興的叉燒，基本上每天雅蘭太興職員都認得我，希望會反映比上面，現在太興的叉燒比起囍運冰室，九龍餐室的叉燒差了一大截，而且是80蚊一個叉油雞飯。所以若太興沒改善，看來我也要換地方吃午餐。香港現在餐飲已經難做，希望 貴公司能保持質素。 continue reading

今日打8號風球，屋企冇嘢食，好彩太興有開令我有早餐食！雖然打風，但是製作仍然認真，最好風景係睇住廚房幾位打手似打風閃電手，超級超級快，老闆可以請到佢哋應該認真好開心！有位平時做樓面既雪姐仲入去做埋廚房，真係冇得頂，超級快！見佢快到幫埋隔離同事，真係比個Like你！我好鍾意太興既荷包蛋，你睇個蛋黃顏色都知係好級別既雞蛋果隻！所以我覺得以呢個價錢食份早餐係可以接受嘅，希望你哋keep住水準，我不嬲都唔想讚壞任何一間餐廳。我發現每次都忍唔住食左個食物先至會影相寫食評，咁好似真實好多.不過我都想講返琴日食下午茶，叫咗個肉絲炒麵，質素非常差，完全沒有味道的，只有炸面質素係OK，但無論個汁及肉都完全無味，咁琴日個下午茶價錢就真係唔係太值得了！簡直係嘥左我既錢！好彩杯奶茶紅豆冰超水準，否則真係感覺太差！肉絲炒麵，必須必須必須要改善！我建議應該取消呢一個食物，加返之前個排骨麵線吧！果個好食好好好多！ continue reading
