怕多人等位一早訂咗位, 不過訂咗位都冇用要齊人先比入座, 一行5個叫咗好多小菜食, 原本諗住試個手撕雞見到隔離枱有叫, 賣相好靚個盆下放咗乾冰, 打卡一流, 但原來要預早兩日前訂既, 唔緊要慳返三百佰煎蠔餅 - 蠔肉唔算少, 但個炸粉超厚, 做唔到潮式蝦餅既效果, 咬落滿口油同炸粉, 最後食法係棄炸粉只食蠔肉風沙雞 - 半份都幾多, 雞肉都嫩火焰黑椒牛柳粒 - 特色在有火焰效果, 味道係唔錯, 牛柳粒好似過火了椒鹽豆腐 - 必食! 外脆內軟, 豆腐超滑炸魚皮 - 冇試過炸魚皮係咁既做法, 味道不錯冇咁熱氣椒鹽鮮魷 - 炸粉唔算好多, 因為我最怕食炸嘢尤其有炸粉面, 鮮魷爽口, 不錯炒通菜 - 夠獲氣益力多沙冰 - 個個嚟到必定叫既凍朱, 但我偏偏就要試下其他野, 唔知用咗幾多枝益力多先做到呢一杯咁濃既味道呢? 幾好飲呢到都係一間屋邨既小菜館, 冇話特別好好食, 只係靠口碑, 人傳人咁, 加上屋邨有打卡位, 所以一定吸引到唔少外來客嚟 continue reading

南山邨 品香樓有朋友返嚟香港度假, 約咗一大班人出嚟食飯, 去咗品香樓, 去到一睇嚇一跳, 果然名不虛傳, 座無虛席, 如果唔係訂咗位,都唔知食唔食到~叫咗梅菜蒸菜心、 琵琶豆腐、炸豬手、 花枝片炒西蘭花、黑椒牛柳粒、 當然唔少得個招牌風沙雞同埋凍朱古力~個梅菜蒸菜心係用竹籠同荷葉蒸嘅, 唔單止有荷葉嘅香味, 而且蒸出嚟嘅菜心比起普通烚既菜心更加嫩同淋, 而且加咗梅菜一啲草青味都冇好好食~琵琶豆腐炸得夠香口, 加埋啲芝士汁好濃郁,又唔膩, 好似可以加面底但係嗰次叫左好多野食所以無加~炸豬手都唔錯, 唔會炸到好柴好乾爭爭, 而且啲肉都好入味~花枝片炒西蘭花有啲驚喜, 通常外面嗰啲乜乜炒西蘭花,一係就烚到啲西蘭花過淋, 一係就好似生生地好硬, 依次食嘅西蘭花軟硬適中, 同埋好難得咁炒到有蒜蓉味~我自己就覺得冇乜太特別, 同外面嗰啲分別唔係好大~最後係隻雞, 隻雞個整法有啲似炸子雞,然後上面鋪咗好多炸蒜碎, 隻雞啲皮炸到好趣啲肉仲係好滑仲爆汁, 而且好惹味, 同埋上邊啲炸蒜好好味, 唔會好似外面有啲咁苦苦地, 我聽有啲人講話隻雞要預先訂, 有啲人又話唔使, 所以如果大家想去試嘅話,安全起見都係訂定先穩陣~最後就係杯凍朱古力, 杯凍朱古力好好飲, 但係可能我本身唔係好鍾意cream, 所以我下次飲可能會叫佢走cream~ continue reading
