食嚟食去都係嗰啲嘢,朋友介紹話試吓呢閒,佢訂咗位,俾個餐廳地址叫我哋自己去。從來未嚟過大坑食嘢,諗住早少少嚟搵吓間嘢喺邊度。到咗附近行上行落都見唔到間似食火鍋嘅嘢!🤔 再行返去街尾見到另外一個friend 於是一齊搵,佢見到偏高嘅位置有個細細嘅「潮民」招牌,問係咪要上樓上,不過地址明明係地下,最後對清街名同門牌號碼入咗去,不過點睇都唔似係間火鍋店。😅我唔係好鍾意番茄湯,不過介紹我哋嚟食個friend話叫我哋一定要試吓。我哋叫咗啲餐前小食(其實未試過打邊爐會食餐前小食,新嘗試😂)炸魚皮又脆又大塊,午餐肉好香好特別,雖然話係炸嘅,但係一啲都唔油淋淋,加埋啲Kimchi真係絕配。今日其中一個主角應該係手切牛肉,雖然老細話咗俾我哋聽呢個係牛嘅乜嘢部位,不過我唔記得咗啦😅。老細幫我哋灼熟,啲牛肉質感好好,味道鮮甜😋😋,我哋食完呢碟,又叫咗一碟另一個部位(都係唔記得係邊度🤣),淨係知道好食超正,喺超市同街市買嗰啲雪藏肥牛冇得同佢比,根本就唔同level😂。西班牙黑毛豬肉片都好好味,好滑。為咗唔想灼得太耐,嘥咗啲蟶子,又係有專人幫我哋整埋。😋😋啲竹笙好大條又夠爽,不過值得一提嘅係佢哋啲牛丸同潮洲魚蛋,兩樣都超好食,質感同味道都好正,值得推介。不過又係嗰句,唔同level嘅嘢係比較唔到嘅。😂整體嚟講,食物質數好好,環境比一般火煱店正好多,服務非常好(除咗我哋一入餐廳嗰陣一個人都冇之外😂),但係價錢就真係都幾貴,對我個人嚟講係一個好特別嘅餐飲經驗。如果有心理準備價錢唔會平,又想試吓另類火煱,可以嚟試試。(P. S. 我其實唔知實際人均,俾錢嗰位冇講,不過根據menu上嘅價錢,都大約估到😅。)

首先鋪頭超細 兩個人打邊爐張枱放埋個鍋同餐具已經無任何位置放食物沙嗲湯底188 極鹹 令人覺得在死海中打邊爐上菜速度超慢 未試過打邊爐係等你食晒一碟再上另一碟 超級無癮牛肉就店家推介 二百幾,尚算ok,墨魚滑拎出嚟完全未解涷 裡面硬到走飛 差啲想一大舊放落去菜完全唔新鮮 醉雞由order之後over45分鐘先到 只有酒味 斬得好差。坐喺度睇住個鍋係無嘢食喺度等,兩個人你眼望我眼。兩個人埋千幾蚊以後都不會再幫襯的火鍋店!

前日聽朋友介紹大坑有間潮式火鍋店,於是同班friend過去嘗試下,點知去到發現有雞煲食,經過商量大家決定先食個雞煲再打邊爐。原本大家決定食個龍蝦雞煲,但系店員介紹咗個膏蟹雞煲,覺得都幾有新意於是就嘗試下,認真好味,麻辣得黎,又有蟹噶鮮味,認真值得推介,其次食完再打邊爐,牛丸,魚蛋,都好有潮州特色,仲有山東騸軲牛肉,認真冇得彈,入口即溶,另外值得推介噶系聖子,真系手指咁大條,最後埋單一千二百幾,價錢中規中矩,還算OK。

食物簡直係唔值得去食,普通屋低買到200蚊嘅食材要成1000蚊,夠膽死雙拼鍋收兩個鍋嘅價錢,問佢嘅時候又唔講清楚。下次唔該俾返兩個鍋我,免得再有人中伏,我平時都唔留言,今次要題醒大家,乜鬼三秒響令,跟本就係包裝開出來,炸都無炸過,垃圾!真心嬲,快啲收當,湯低貴唔緊要,仲以為有咩新鮮蘿蔔皮,點知無味,頂爆佢。我留呢個言已經過咗一日,諗清楚先數你!千萬唔好去!為咗有得評, 我要寫夠200字 and I would like to express my feeling in English for English reader. This shop is a scamp, you won’t get what you paid for and food are totally rubbish! So don’t go, I really regret after going, not because of the price, but mainly the quality.
