之前試左第二間既大閘蟹放題唔掂,今晚同幾個朋友再戰大閘蟹套餐順嫂魚羮好味,夠熱,入口滑溜蟹粉小籠包唔太覺得有食到蟹粒既感覺醉雞唔太醉,無咩酒味,雞亦無咩雞味,應該係冰鮮雞大閘蟹唔太爆膏,無好香既蟹糕味,仲有一隻壞既,好彩店員都肯換一口牛,牛肉肉質可以,都有牛味,但個炸蒜唔脆既浸菜苗,清清地,正常發揮,無咩特別另外加錢食既叉燒,呢個叉燒超好食,夠熱,肉質夠林好好食,大家都讚不絕口,個蝦唔新鮮,肉質唔彈牙無鮮味個餐仲有個烏冬包,但我地想食糯米飯,好彩店員話可以轉,糯米飯都好食👍🏻薑湯湯圓正常發揮 continue reading

同同事食$398一位的大閘蟹餐,係因為同事之前食過,都覺得不錯。餐包左每人都兩隻蟹,好過大量流行的大閘蟹放題。野食黎得快,一邊吃一邊有餸上枱。蟹今年都不錯,有不少膏,亦鮮味十足。估不到係牛柳粒,茄汁蝦等都好味😋一邊食,一邊看海景,晚上夜景加美食,都令同事們好滿足。去到糯米飯,湯丸都令我地好飽滿足地離開。比起放題,不用擔心質素,食蟹係要慢慢食,急唔黎,套餐相對性價比十足,慢慢食,認真拆蟹真開心🥳 continue reading

19/11夜晚,第一次嚟呢間食大閘蟹餐,真係去咗一間服務差得嚟又奇怪嘅餐廳,真係去咗咁多間餐廳從冇見過呢個情況。我哋食緊蟹嘅時候,傳菜員把一碟茄汁大花蝦送到我哋台面,過咗大概5分鐘,突然有個男部長攞住碟及筷子走過嚟,話俾多咗只蝦,要拎走一隻,隨即就夾走咗,我哋全部人見到都好愕然,真係從冇見過呢種情況,碟蝦已經擺咗係我哋張台一段時間,同埋真的確保我哋冇食過碟嘢嗎?雖然蝦數冇少,但或者我哋食過啲汁而你唔知,而佢夾走嘅嗰隻蝦,或許已分發到另一台,好唔衛生啫。同埋裝蟹殼嗰隻碟,滿咗啲服務員會收,但又唔俾番隻新嘅返嚟,搞到食緊蟹冇得裝殼,次次都要問佢攞,濕紙巾又剩係俾得一張,食蟹一張根本唔夠用,冇水冇茶,個壺蓋揭開咗好耐都冇人嚟斟。至於啲食物,啲大閘蟹唔大隻,最主要蟹膏超少,蟹無咩味道,濃湯菜苗其實系白菜仔幾棵,其他餸都麻麻。總括,佢呢個夾走蝦的過程,真係令我哋全部人"長知識",真係經典,同埋嚟咗一次,唔會再有第二次。 continue reading

很期待吃大閘蟹,叫了$2388六人餐,超級失望。一人兩隻蟹,唔大隻,蟹糕唔多,蟹完全沒有味!未試過吃大閘蟹可以冇味!全個套餐其他食物也很難吃😭茄汁大花蝦一啲都唔大,同埋蝦肉一啲蝦味都冇😨酸辣肉醬手打烏東仲衰過茶餐廳雪菜肉絲米。牛柳粒唔知用左幾多梳打粉醃,個質感成舊膠咁,難食過花園餐廳鐵板餐嘅牛扒,冇牛味可言。濃湯菜苗講就好聽竟然係白菜仔😖連湯圓個薑湯都可以淡如水。真的唔使錢都不要來😑嚇死人😰唔怪得一打嚟就有位,完全中伏😭好少寫食評都忍唔住要寫咁大段!真係唔想有人再中招!🥺 continue reading

剛食完大閘蟹,拿拿聲岀番先🤭我地點了兩個大閘蟹盛宴套餐$1688x2,八點入座有七五折。籠仔蒸大閘蟹每人有兩隻公蟹,餐牌寫話每隻有五両,我覺得四半應該係有嘅。上年係另一分店食,係食完一隻再上另一隻,唔知今年係咪全部分店統一,費事送兩轉蟹,八隻蟹一次過拎嚟,所以食第二隻嘅時候已經放涼了🙃,其實已經影響左食物嘅味道同口感😒食大閘蟹重點當然係蟹膏啦,唔算爆膏,膏呈淡橙黃色,透明白色嘅膏亦少,所以沒有黏口嘅感覺,蟹膏甘香味唔太濃,同期待嘅有岀入,但都新鮮冇苦味,可能要十一月啲蟹先會靚啲?蟹肉都結實新鮮,蘸上蟹醋,幾好食。極品花雕醉雞 半隻雞肉尚算嫩滑,但酒味唔太濃。京滬順嫂魚羹熱辣辣,濃稠度適中,入口順滑,有蛋花,荀絲,木耳絲,魚🐟肉絲,火腿絲。蟹🦀️粉小籠包小籠包個皮超級厚,蟹粉味唔岀,亦都冇湯汁,偏乾,似係🐽肉小籠包🤔。整個餐最差係呢樣😩蒜片安格斯牛柳粒🐮牛肉軟腍,有牛味,炒得惹味。茄汁煎大花蝦🦐個汁夠濃,酸酸地幾開胃。蝦🦐亦好大隻兼爽口。濃雞湯千層菜苗🥬係白菜,都翠嫩。酸辣肉燥手打烏冬🍜我想食烏冬,但呢個唔係烏冬,係普通嘅白色麵,質地爽滑但唔煙韌,而且個湯唔係酸辣,係冇味😩,呢個真係唔合格。薑茶湯丸🍡酒樓又趕收工同滅蟲,未食晒枱上嘅野就送上湯丸😒😒薑茶偏甜有薑味,但如果薑味再重點會更好。湯丸軟糯。總括嚟講,食物質素同服務都麻麻地,下次食蟹應該自己係岀面單買會好啲😌 continue reading
