因為有白蘆筍，我帶了家裏的老人家去這裏晚餐，因她一向都很想食白露筍，但一年內白蘆筍的供應時間有限， 幸好今次能夾到時間來！ 餐廳這躺德國來的白蘆筍，果然名不虛傳，非常清甜嫩滑好味，又很大條，老人家很滿足！我都覺得好好食啊！ 其實今次我們 ordered 了 Tasting Menu as suggested by restaurant. 除了白蘆筍好食外，其他的食物也很好，磨菇湯和麵包好味，我特別喜歡白蘆筍意大利飯，很 creamy and tasty, 充滿白蘆筍香味！好食！ 我亦非常喜歡 Rack of Lamb, 餐廳建議四成熟，果然出來是恰到好處！羊架外面有焦糖香脆口感，而內裏又 juicy and tender! 好味！ 最後有甜品車供應甜品，選擇很多，我就叫了 Tiramisu, 不錯！ 而老人家餐後太飽不想食甜品，餐廳經理 Tony 就額外安排了 Vanilla ice-cream 給她呢！而 Vanilla ice-cream 亦有多雲呢拿籽，很 authentic! Tony 還加了很多藍莓給她，老人家很高興啊！ 還有，我們亦很喜歡那裏的 live band, 他們 (seems Philipino) 也有輪流去各枱獻唱，仲可以點歌呢！我們點了‘’甜蜜蜜‘’，他們亦唱得非常好，很專業呢！Very good vibe! 值得讚讚的，是那裏的服務團隊，每個 staff 都很用心招呼各枱的食客包括我們，而我們這枱有老人家，經理 Tony 就更有很多窩心的照顧，最後仲送了老人家一個小禮物：招牌蝴蝶酥，老人家很開心！ 我們很 enjoyed 整晚的 dinner, 確實過了一個非常愉快的晚上!  老人家平時很奄尖，但今次佢也很滿意啊！I'm so glad !       最近造訪了 Sabatini 意大利餐廳，整體用餐體驗令人失望。服務人員對於未點酒或未購買瓶裝水的顧客態度明顯冷淡，缺乏應有的專業與熱情。點餐時，服務生的態度顯得漠然，對於菜單細節的詢問僅以簡短且略帶不耐的回答應付，完全感受不到被尊重或重視的氛圍。此外，結帳後離開時，其中一位服務人員竟以輕佻的語氣向同事確認我們是否已結帳，這樣的行為令人感到不被尊重，也讓整體體驗更加扣分。作為一家標榜高級的餐廳，這樣的服務品質實在令人失望，完全未能符合對高級餐飲的期待。如果你重視服務品質並希望享受愉快的用餐體驗，建議可以考慮其他更值得推薦的餐廳選擇。 continue reading

      生日飯，令人失望

      今日懷着興奮的心情到餐廳補祝生日，食物很美味，服務員態度也很好。可惜到了上甜品時，卻令人大感失望。餐廳係有一隊live band,一個主唱，二人伴奏。當每桌上甜品慶生或紀念日時，該live band便會到該桌唱歌。到我上生日甜品了，我滿心期待他們向我唱生日歌。怎料，他們到了另一桌為客人唱歌，一唱就唱左4-5首，還看到客人不斷給他們打賞，咁佢梗係唔會過黎唱免費生日歌啦！結帳時，我們向服務員查詢🔍有關唱生日歌事宜，他大感愕然，他表示剛才已叫live band過來唱生日歌，但他們一直停在同一桌唱了4-5首，咁原因好簡單啦！錢💰啫！但如果一家高級餐廳嘅live band營運如此，我都不會再來幫襯了。 continue reading
