天氣太熱,走到不想走,只想找個有冷氣的地方坐一坐。而嘉樂冰廳就救了一命,哈哈。在大熱天時的氣溫下,瞬即走入去坐一坐,叫點小食,來個下午茶,休閑時間就是如此渡過。炸鴛鴦雲吞10粒 $40有5粒是酥炸鮮蝦雲吞,另外5粒是酥炸菜肉雲吞。兩款都炸到酥香脆口,外皮一咬即破,咔嚓咔嚓的酥脆咀嚼聲音隨即聽到。餡料豐富,材料足。略沾甜酸辣醬,更開胃。豉油皇雞翼四隻$29 滷色光澤飽滿,雞翼嫩肉入味,鹹甜交錯,兒時風味感即湧現。脆爆華田西多士(半份) $24賣相吸引。西多士就食得多,但西多士加爆脆阿華田脆脆,就第一次食,感覺新穎。原來都好夾,阿華田𢫕必食。西多士炸到金黄色,蛋香加牛油煉奶的組合,本來已經好食,但原來再沾爆脆阿華田脆脆,有另一種特色,口感層次更豐富。阿華田脆脆$28 阿華田控必飲!濃郁好飲!上面更佈滿阿華田脆脆,一邊飲一邊有爆脆脆口感。鮮蛋奶昔$30 像雪糕似的飲料!頗大杯,清涼解渴,夏天必飲!奶香中帶有微微蛋香味,凍冰冰的奶昔,實似雪糕刨冰,哈哈。蓮子冰$26 蓮子多,已經去芯,軟甜香棉,甜度適中,多吃蓮子,健康有益。 continue reading

網上有唔少人推介嘉樂冰廳,假日去荃灣,見只要等兩張枱,一於試吓😆冰室風格懷舊,假日比較繁忙,卡位有少許迫,亦需要同他人搭枱,唔少都係慕名而來嘅旅客。第一次嚟,點咗餐廳推介食物🐷豬扒麵可選撈麵或湯麵,豬扒係另上,唔怕浸湯會變淋,厚豬扒煎得香又軟,肉汁多,好味😋 超厚夠吋滑蛋鹹牛肉三文治🥪 上枱時暖暖地,份量十足,食半份都飽咗大半,係幾好食😋見Openrice食評寫餐廳推薦甜品🥚鳳凰奶糊好值得試,不過就唔太啱我口味🙊 味道帶少許吉士味,整體味道淡如水,未達到期望中甜品應有嘅甜度,不推介 continue reading

叫左脆爆華田西多士(全份)同阿華田脆脆,試完覺得無乜特別,呢個價錢唔抵,寧願食返普通傳統既西多士同凍華田🫣因為佢啲華田脆脆偏甜,加左好多糖。其實有好多野食都想試,火腿奄列,菜肉雲吞,超厚滑蛋牛肉三文治同奶昔等等都好吸引,要去多幾次先試得晒。😂不過坐位好窄,我都係同人搭枱,都幾逼。 continue reading

幾年無見嘅朋友返香港探親,順便約我相見他想吃茶餐廳特色茶,那就搵這間老字號!滑蛋鹹牛肉三文治烘底 🥪這款必食的因為這個滑蛋鹹牛肉三文治超厚,滿滿炒滑蛋超多蛋香味濃加埋鹹牛肉味道很搭配。酥炸鮮蝦雲吞(5粒)🍤雲吞炸得夠乾身,超鬆脆鮮蝦肉好鮮甜大隻又彈牙。滷水豆腐(件)滷水香料很香濃,豆腐大大件幼滑豆味香濃加埋滷水汁很入味。脆爆華田西多士(半份)🥪西多士吃得,這裡的脆爆華田西多士第一次食,兩片厚多士中間夾著花生醬一起炸,面層放滿脆爆華田餡,食下非常之香脆可口。甜酸菜腩肉湯米線🍜這碗甜酸菜腩肉湯米線,味道酸酸甜甜帶少許微辣幾特別,腩肉層次分明夠爽口加埋甜酸茶一起吃好滋味。阿華田奶昔🥤近期大熱的阿華田推出左很多新配搭做了不同新口味出來,這杯阿華田奶昔很濃郁口感好幼滑,俾平時喝阿華田嘅濃度更出,即時勾起兒時回憶。紅豆冰🫘這杯紅豆冰也是兒時必叫的,已經成為香港人去茶餐廳必叫的一杯飲品。淨菜肉雲吞🥬吃完炸雲吞也想吃另一煮法,就是放湯煮這碗菜肉雲吞,雲吞皮很薄又幼滑,餡料脹卜卜很考師傅手勢。 continue reading
