李家是一家蠻有名氣的韓國炸雞店, 韓國人主理, 而且據稱是香港首間韓式炸雞店, 可謂深入民心, 現在總共有四間分店 😊 燒五花腩肉 $208五花腩肉肥瘦比例三七左右, 比例恰當, 肉質軟腍, 蠻厚身的, 咬下去都有口感 😁 另配有Kimchi和Kimchi蔥, Kimchi蔥草青味比較重, 如果喜歡的可以與腩肉一起吃 😉蜂蜜大蒜炸雞 $118芝士味炸雞 $118炸雞可以選擇有骨及無骨, 懶人的我則選擇了無骨 😬 兩款雞都加了滿滿的配料, 芝士粉一大堆, 盤底全是蜂蜜醬, 滿有配料的炸雞既邪惡又惹味!牛膝骨湯 $178上菜時還冒出泡泡, 可想而知湯是熱騰騰的! 湯品煲了一段長時間, 所以牛味份外濃烈, 有少量牛膝骨, 跟飯一起變泡飯很美味 😄 額外加飯需要額外加$15。海鮮炸醬麵 $198上碟時真的嚇了一跳, 份量多得有點嚇人 😳 但想深一層, 一個價值$198的炸醬麵如不是這個份量又好像說不通 🤪 跟平常的炸醬麵差不多, 微微甜, 只是多了些魷魚蝦仁等海鮮, 每粒海鮮都是細小的, 這邊的豬肉跟上面的五花腩相比大有分別 😅今天相對較早吃晚飯, 五時進來餐廳時還以為是過場休息, 餐廳內沒有其他客人之餘, 環境也相當昏暗。時間尚早沒有客人可以理解, 但光猛一點會使人心情愉快點 🫠 但整體上是不錯的。 continue reading

近期愛吃韓國菜,好友帶我去灣仔食好嘢,大開炸物Party🎉🎊。韓式芝士炸豬扒 $198 (爆推🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟) 是餐牌上的新餐單,小妹係芝士控🧀,見到真的失控🤣🤣。豬扒非常大件,炸得黃金香脆。每件豬扒入邊佈滿大量芝士,件件都拉絲😍😍熱辣辣,超好吃,食完立即😍😍眼。無骨半半炸雞(原味+甜辣)$188講到韓式炸物,又點可以少得炸雞呢?叫咗半半炸雞,做到外脆內軟,而且保留到肉汁,好正。原味非常香脆,甜辣味調味適中,掛汁但不會過於濃稠,非常惹味。下完單侍應就立即送上前菜,千島醬椰菜絲及醃蘿蔔,配上炸物一齊食,減低了不少油膩感,非常清爽。西柚梳打及蘋果梳打 $38/杯雖然炸雞應該配啤酒,但日光日白就唔叫酒🤣我吔叫咗杯西柚及蘋果梳打,非常大杯。顏色好有玩味性質,但又不會過甜,與炸物都幾夾,好有party feel🤣。想睇更多介紹,馬上Follow我啦😁。 continue reading

睇《黑白大廚》挑起了食韓國菜的筋,還要非辣不可,於是和先生到灣仔李家。之前已食過幾次,韓國人主理兼是香港第一間韓式炸雞店,味道和食材都正宗,而且每樣熱食都是即叫即製,熱辣辣。.坐下才知全場8折,因為今年是李家炸雞品牌成立第15週年,嘩,超抵!做到12月15號咋。🏅豬肉泡菜湯($168)我稱這鍋上枱後還冒泡泡的泡菜湯為我的韓式comfort food。它辣度溫和,濃郁湯底,開胃的泡菜和柔軟的豆腐,一起吃的感覺好舒服和滿足。我愛多叫一碗白飯($10),舀一大匙泡菜湯拌在飯上,非常好下飯。🏅燒五花腩肉($208)將五花腩切成細塊,用燒肉醬汁醃味,再拿到炭爐上面燒熟,可以想像韓式燒五花腩肉是多美味,中間還有辣泡菜和蔥絲,一同吃,最滋味。🏅烏冬($58)簡單的湯烏冬,加些紫菜和魚片,清淡又鮮味,每一啖都溫暖身心。 continue reading
