這間甘牌燒鵝店,已經來過三趟,每次都是因為門外排隊等候的人實在太多,而無奈放棄了。由於疫情的原因,今日經過,見不到排隊的人龍,馬上一個箭步入內。菜單也不用多看馬上點了碗燒鵝瀨粉。燒鵝瀨粉~第一次食燒鵝居然完全唔覺肥膩,燒鵝皮下脂肪不多,相信是一隻有運動的鵝,估計是隻走地鵝 吧。由於食材夠新鮮,沒有用太多的香料醃製,燒鵝燒得夠香脆卻又不會過份燒焦,這一方面做得恰到好處,廚子的功夫真真了得。鵝肉有咬口而且鵝味非常濃郁,配個清湯底更能突顯鵝肉的鮮味,實在令人回味 無窮!難怪獲得這麼多年米之蓮的獎項。 continue reading

燒鵝名過其實,肉柴皮老,永遠不要點上莊或下莊,只是次貨!服務態度好差,對客有可無,好像不來也罷,反映質量問題,也沒有提供解決方案,只一味強調燒鵝沒問題。這樣的價錢,這樣的質素,真心建議不要來吃,誰吃誰上檔,永遠不要再來。吃過後才明白為什麼這麼多外地人才會吃,因為本地人根本不會吃這麼難吃的垃圾米其林。永不光顧,逢人必勸! continue reading

今天2024年7月7日一行四人相約去會展聚會聽佈道大會,完了已差不多傍晚了,找地方吃個早飯也不錯,提議去附近的甘牌,因為很久沒有去了。下午1700門口已排了二三十人,我的媽呀!原來大部份都是同胞來吃,香港經濟真的多得他們的消費,才能苟延殘喘。等了約半小時,坐下立刻點了半隻燒鵝,义燒,回味一吓。席間友人問點解半隻燒鵝鵝身不同顏色?吾會搭栅式比半隻燒鵝比我地卦?終於平平安安,在這間細到不得了的食館吃完了晚飯,記得以前無咁熱,看見店內有兩三部手推式空調,莫非老闆無錢換空調,入吓雪種都懶?攪乜鬼?吃完回家口渴到不得了,喝了三杯水也吾得掂,甘牌已被除牌,決定不再去了,話之理米其林一星。 continue reading

「兩個人最低銷半隻$330」 I Turned away and leave la! 我轉身就離開了。 Well. Didn’t get in to enjoy the famous roasted goose and I feel sadden by the arrangement and pity why tourist feel badly treated by service in HK. 滿心歡喜,從銅鑼灣走到灣仔食甘牌燒鵝,主因都係因為佢之前在社交媒體上多人提及,及佢嘅班底點勁點勁。 去到門口排隊,原來要攞飛,咁我就走去同佢講兩位啦。佢就同我講兩位半隻你得唔得? (心諗遊客會會唔會咁講呢?)(半隻最少就$330,即係趕走我哋呢啲兩位嘅食客,最少要四個人先得) 咁當然我就有提出我嘅諗法,我講我淨係叫下莊,但係我會叫其他小菜食,講明我好想食。佢就話:「最少半隻,食剩嘅外賣囉!」 這刻,我飽了。滿肚都是火。Sorry冇下次了! continue reading

点了烧鹅、蜜汁叉烧、卤水鹅掌。烧鹅还不错,皮脆汁多,不过空口吃多了会腻,梅子酱酸酸的很解腻。蜜汁叉烧味道还行,但是有很多筋嚼不烂不知道怎么回事。鹅掌挺咸的,吃了几口就不想出吃了。我们6月下旬,大夏天从3点排到5点才吃到。因为店面很小,位子不多所以要等很久。外面也没什么遮阴的地方。所以体验感不是很好。感觉直接打包烧鹅带走就行了。 continue reading
