To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

西環得呢間酒樓最大,週末有親友回港,book 10 個人位結果俾8人枱,只有7套碗筷和七個坐位而且有啲迫,前前後後逐套碗筷俾過來,最後大家先有位坐同有碗筷,一開始已經十分混亂,但全店係未滿座,D著黑色suit 嘅部長?好多個唔知點解有自我忙碌嘅表現,落緊order 都要突然走開去唔知做乜,幾次都完全唔係有其他客要佢哋幫忙!又冇人喺出面等位,幾個一齊做埋一啲無人明嘅野,結果我哋好耐心咁等…..要叫好幾次先落到第一轉order,加菜或飯仲慘,已經冇催佢,分別叫幾次等咗好耐都完全唔想理你⋯⋯最後其中一個部長喺隔離老遠set 緊一張無人坐嘅枱時問想追加D乜….. 我哋冇行去果一張枱話佢知想加乜,就咁喺位咗講幾次佢又聽唔到……搞到有親友要好大聲講先聽到,佢聽到時又可能覺得果個親友唔禮貌(事後問番個親戚佢當時真心諗住大聲D慢D希望佢聽到,完全冇諗過俾番同樣惡劣的態度),定鏡咁望住咗我個親友一陣。送兩罐汽水來時,唔知點解其中有罐汽水個底脹晒,好彩見到,如果唔係一開就噴到周圍都係! 從來未試過咁嘅情況!反而送菜上枱果D姐姐好正常,咁嘅服務態度,真係好難怪人唔想喺度消費,冇乜事唔會再幫襯呢間了

依間酒樓睇落好似好好食,因為長期都有人排隊,真係唔知點解其實食物真係普通到不得了,服務態度又唔好😂尤其是下午茶,如果唔係識得人排到你傻,但係識得人,幾時入去都有位🙄你知點解㗎啦😅

西寳城海港酒家簡直就是香港飲食業的害群之馬,香港人不留港飲食它有很大的功勞。食物差、服務差、環境衞生差,但係收費一點也不便宜。跟侍應下單7碟菜,等了一個多小時只來了4碟,後來才發現原來有3碟跟本没有落單,負責侍應處理此事的態度簡直厚顏無恥,我們不想跟他們糾持下去以免有失身份,我們只好在小朋友扭計加上未吃飽的狀況下離開,完全掃興。我知堅尼地城只有它一間大型酒家,所以它多年來獨市不愁生意,但我們也不會再忍受它的爛,永遠不會再幫襯。

當值經理居然鬧客人冇质素,仲要叫人行开啦!都唔知咩經理,這樣对客,我人生第一次遇到!真係食左的野都想嘔返出來!客人先後到場,拿左两張桌子,各自叫了食物,但刚剛落单,才发現对方到了,想取消一張单,那個当值經理居然話唔得,又话客人态度差,唔幫你取消,我谂住拿着2張单去找經理搞,个女人便叫我家人过去買另外張单,野都冇食,又话我冇质素!又叫我行开啦!恐怖,呢的人!以後都唔再來!

其實呢啲連鎖式酒樓,實在冇乜嘢特別需要提及嘅地方。始終好多食物都已經係中央處理好,呢個唔緊要。但係估唔到要即做嘅食物或者燒味都可以同想像相差咁遠。服務亦都非常之有需要改善嘅地方。好多年前我都喺呢度嘅街坊,一兩個星期就嚟呢度飲茶。嗰陣時都覺得係一個可以同一家人或者長輩嚟食飯坐低飲茶嘅地方。經過疫情之後冇嚟到咁耐仍然屹立不倒其實都好犀利㗎啦。但係估唔到食物質素同埋服務方面可以同以前相差咁遠。炸蟹鉗係炸完再返炸嘅,超實而且入面係鬆散冇乜蟹肉,然之,自己整都可以好食過佢。蒸條魚其實都唔算大條,又可以蒸到老曬。魚翅湯還好,不過收得太杰。食落去唔係太過舒服。隻雞仲大鑊,又老又冇雞味。至於服務,明明應該係跟住套餐個次序出,竟然第二道菜之後就嚟碟伊麵,再上湯,魚,菜,雞。。。。我問佢哋伊麵,唔係最後先上嘅咩?佢哋竟然答唔係應該點😅😅😅😅 問多幾句灰灰氣氣。其實冇乜特別,真係唔使專登嚟呢度食又要受氣😅😅
