To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同老婆今日去咗士林台灣麵食個午餐,因為我哋兩個都好鍾意食炸野,所以決定試下佢地嘅香酥雞扒干拌麵,價錢係$57。士林台灣麵喺香港真係好有名,尤其係佢地嘅炸物系列。首先,我哋話要講緊香酥雞扒干拌麵。雞扒炸得好香脆,肉質軟嫩,咬落去真係好滿足。份量好多,對於我哋兩個嚟講,剛剛好夠飽。麵條煮得好Q彈,配上香酥雞扒,真係相得益彰。醬汁調製得好平衡,唔會太鹹,剛好襯托出雞扒嘅味道。總體來講,呢個菜真係好不錯,特別係剛剛炸起嗰陣,熱辣辣嘅,食落去好滿足。除咗主食,我哋亦都點咗一杯香芋奶茶,價錢$12。呢杯飲品真係超值,價錢合理,味道好正。香芋味好濃郁,奶茶夠香,兩種味道結合得好完美。每次嚟士林台灣麵,我哋都會叫呢杯飲品,因為真係好夾主食添。環境方面,士林台灣麵雖然唔算好大,但佈置得好有台灣風情,服務員態度友善,效率高。雖然午餐時間人多,但等候時間唔算長。我哋坐得好舒服,食到一半仲可以聽到啲台灣風味嘅背景音樂,增加咗食飯嘅氛圍。總結嚟講,士林台灣麵真係一個好地方,尤其係對於喜歡炸物嘅人來講。食物質量高,價錢合理,服務好,環境舒適。無怪乎每次嚟都會覺得好滿意,確定會再嚟食。**食品星級評分:⭐⭐⭐⭐**總體星級評分:⭐⭐⭐⭐  期待下次再去試試其他炸物! continue reading

呢間位於元朗嘅士林台灣面呀 咁第一次試就食咗佢呢個 五香牛肉 肉燥撈麵 佢啲牛肉都好淋 好有牛肉味 而嗰啲肉燥呢都好好食好香撈落去個面到呢真係冇得冇得彈係一流㗎 再加埋一杯奶茶呢即刻有個台灣味食到出嚟 唔錯㗎 不過性價比就普通啦佢加埋都要成80蚊左右 如果鍾意食台灣嘢嘅朋友可以試下 continue reading

紅燒牛肉麵$75幾大件牛腱肉質軟淋 牛筋位軟爛還有小棠菜做配菜濃郁牛肉湯底 麵條是台灣麵 整體不錯+$14 凍仙草奶茶甜味啱啱好 但是顏色是白色的奶味很香 沒什麼茶味香酥雞扒 另一份經典香酥雞扒酸辣麵不得不說碟香酥雞個份量好多而且啱啱炸起真係好香脆雞扒啲肉唔會好柴而且旁邊有啲調味料可以加下味但所謂的酸辣湯底 可以否決 好難喝 不酸也不辣只有豆瓣醬味 continue reading

士林台灣麵在元朗已經經營多年,以其濃郁的牛肉麵湯頭而聞名。這裡的牛肉麵湯頭非常濃厚,充滿了牛肉的香氣和多層次的味道,每一口都能感受到湯頭的精華。雖然麵的份量不算多,但湯頭的濃郁程度已經足以彌補這一點。 continue reading

有日好想去食台灣野,就去左呢間元朗老店喇。我地個日去既人唔算多,所以裡面都有冷氣位坐,客人亦都可以選擇坐出面,任君選擇。每位客人枱面都有張餐單,餐單裡面一目瞭然,唔使左望右望揾個餐牌係邊。而且餐點價位都算合理。不過餐廳座位設計有啲迫,坐得唔係咁舒服,冷氣都有少少弱,對於夏天邊食麵邊淋汗會有啲辛苦。我點左一份經典香酥雞扒干拌麵,不得不說碟香酥雞個份量好多,而且啱啱炸起真係好香脆,雞扒啲肉唔會好柴,而且旁邊有啲調味料可以加下味,建議加啲店裡面既鹽,味道真係唔錯。干拌麵份量雖然唔太多,但勝在麵條煮得有咬口,煙煙韌韌,沾埋啲醬汁都幾惹味。台式豬腳干拌麵味道都唔錯,豬腳煮得好入味,又Q又好味,豬腳個種骨膠原真係令人回味無窮。我地另外點多份鹽酥魷魚鬚,份量真心多,重點裡面係大大舊的魷魚啖啖肉,外皮脆脆地好好味,佢仲配左碟酸酸甜甜的醬汁解下膩。如果再黎呢碟一定必點,份量仲多過係台灣食到的魷魚鬚,讚~總體黎講,餐廳食物質素都唔錯,食物都算幾正宗台灣味道,出餐速度都算快。唯獨餐廳冷氣唔太夠,由廚房煮麵鍋漂出黎的熱氣和白煙令到用餐環境有啲焗,特別是坐係近廚房位置的座位。另外餐廳走動的空間比較窄行過路過都容易整跌枱邊的東西,如果唔想迫住食可以揀坐在室外位置。如果唔太介意環境既話,呢間餐廳質素都唔錯架~ continue reading
