Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

This was my first experience with the franchised chain Chinese Noodle restaurant. I ordered the Cross Bridge Mixian for two(my wife ate with me). The base I went for was the sour and spicy. The waitress didn’t ask our heat level, but gave us the level 3 (1/3 mild). The flavor was good, but id prefer spicier next time. It was loaded with all the toppings listed and the noodles were cooked perfect. I would definitely order again. It came with what in America we would call Bread and Butter Pickling

Ordered 3 sides; the cinnamon and caramel bread, spicy black fungus and chicken. All three were fresh and had perfect seasoning.

My only complaint would be the service. The staff seemed all over the place and a little unfocused. Two people who sat after us had orders taken before us even though we had signaled we were ready.
