利口樂蘋果薄荷蒸蛋糕

利口樂蘋果薄荷糖 1盒
熱香餅粉 200克
幼砂糖 50克
鮮奶 100毫升
雞蛋 2隻
牛油溶液或沙律油 2湯匙
Method
1.利口樂蘋果薄荷糖放高速攪拌機內攪拌5至10秒成粗粒備用。
2.將所有材料除利口樂蘋果薄荷糖外放大碗中以打蛋器拌勻,最後才加入拌勻。
3.把粉漿分放蛋糕紙杯至七分滿,放沸水蒸鍋加熱10至12分鐘,以牙簽插入蛋糕拔出時不黏粉漿即熟透。
