After a long hike I treated myself to this lovely restaurant for lunch. The restaurant was quite crowded but the wait staff were very nice and I got seated very quickly on the verandah. What a gorgeous view!!! And the food!! Oo la la! After I placed my order they got me some yummy prawn crackers with a tangy sauce. 1) Seafood Ravioli- Definitely up in my top 10 favourite dishes!
I tried this delicious dish on their promotional menu called seafood ravioli. Its luxuriously stuffed with shrimp, scallops and all sort of yummy goodness and topped with caviar!! You get 4 pieces on a plate for $88- seriously good price! I have to say the seafood is incredibly fresh and you can tell its good quality.
2) Lemongrass Pannacotta
It cost me $48 and was really delicate and refreshing. The lemonsgrass is not very overpowering, its not to sweet, quite light- all in all a perfect summer dessert.
3) Traditional Vietnamese filter coffee
After that I had a Vietnamese Coffee- $45 - the traditional kind with condensed milk. Really authentic and very good! I will definitely be coming back for more!!
All the food came quite quickly, the staff was very friendly and attentive. All in all I'd definitely reccommend others to give it a try if they haven't already.
