十二月一日 (星期六)來到家長會第二回,是時候與架架妹父母討論一下我倆的婚姻大事上次架架仔選了西式的Lawry’s,今次由架架妹話事,父母大人較傳統,安全起見,選了中菜,是位於旺角朗豪酒店的米芝蓮中菜餐明閣上次來原來已是半年前的事,那晚大伙兒吃得非常高興,是晚相信又何重拾舊歡先來的是XO醬,入口香中帶辣,味道不俗怎說也好,還是同集團的唐閣勝一籌先來一碟冷盆,起初還怕酒味太濃,在坊間吃到的也不時吃到濃烈的酒香,完全蓋過鴿肉香,實在不太討好明閣這一碟,一小碗花雕是另上的醉鴿本身酒味不會太重,夾一點酒的醇香,正合架架妹口味嫌不夠酒香的,可蘸上一點花雕,也就剛好了還記得上次上枱時,蟹形金托已用光,只有碟上,賣相欠一點氣勢,實有點失望是晚早來,終於一見可愛的蟹架也點了芝士焗和酥炸各一款先說芝士焗的,芝士份量剛好,沒有蓋過蟹的鮮味蟹肉份量多,相比之下較酥炸的更有口感酥炸蟹蓋的面層香脆且不油膩蟹肉鮮味豐富,入口嫩滑豐腴,與香脆的外層一拼吃,層次感豐富來到明閣,也要吃其中一款招牌菜 - 海生蝦炒蛋白蝦肉入口質感彈牙鮮味,配上充滿咸香的炸菜葉,味道相輔相成蛋白炒得香滑,雖只是蛋白,但蛋味仍頗豐富,真的要

又是明閣的另一招牌菜式,曾榮獲2010年獲得香港旅遊發展局美食之最金獎
製法是雞肉打成膠狀,再釀回雞皮內,製作非常有心思
眼前的金縷衣,口感一點也不像雞,反更像魚肉
豐富的黑松露鋪面,獨特的幽香,挺不錯呢

父親大人想試一點時令菜式
愛吃羊,加上是日有點寒,就來一客羊腩煲
瓦煲用電爐烘著以保持溫度,汁底不算太稠,但夾雜著濃郁的芋頭與羊肉香,配上白飯吃簡直是一種享受
羊肉炆得軟腍,愛吃羊的朋友可能略縑羶味不足
煲內有大量生菜和羊肉,挺足料的
二百多元一煲,以這裡來說,實算低吃

吃完了晚餐,媽媽想吃一點甜品
打開餐牌,見到媽媽最愛吃的擂沙湯丸,不用多想了!
擂沙湯丸即叫即做,製作須時,大約等了十多分鐘
外層是薄薄的黃豆粉,沾着熱烘烘的糯米粉團
糯米粉團口感煙韌,糯米味濃郁
內裡的黑芝麻餡做得非常稠密幼滑,流心效果也很出色

哈! 大家也沈醉於美食之中,我們的婚姻大事也就順利過關了
