we each ordered greyhound's famous lemon tea; shocked--as a total of 8 glasses came altogether
but it happen to be that one is the lemon tea ice cubes and the other is the real lemon tea itself
this drink never goes light in flavour; the lemon tea ice cubes holds its taste
extremely smart move!

out of the 3...the salmon plate is m fav.
gotta give it credit...the spices/garlic/salmon complimates each other perfectly
but i guess children will enjoy the corn and crab meat cake more =)
can for sure keep them in their seats for a while~

ouuhh..forgot to mentioned as a thai fusioned restuarant, greyhound balanced it quiet well as not all food is spicy; but they had lower the level to suit the tastebuds of HK
3 ordered 3 main dishes...all of them are spicy but their level varies, but as a great lover of hot food...i like all 3 of them
phad thai couldn't miss a beat; the spices are put to the dish's side so you can alternate the level accordingly--how considerate =)
the rice comes with chinese soup and a "yu-lo" sauce...those can lower the hotness of the food
the rice itself looks extremely spicy but dun be scared...its way lighter than the spighetti which is less my fav.

gotta mention desserts (as these are for sure considered as main courses for me and my gfs out there)
credits to the dessert chef!!...great combination and balance among the coconut sherbet+mango dices+sticky rice
loving it...
banana+nutella cheesecake...it would be better if the cheesecake base could be a little bit more rich
but its great for ppl not liking desserts that are too sweet
apple crumble...hmm~~~ one of the best i had ever tasted!!
apples are moistened and soft, just right
the crumbles also smells so good~~~

we shared all the foods among 4...its a good size in share~
Good food + good service = perfect restuarant!
