To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

煲仔飯唔一定係冬天先食，今日嚟到佐敦試下煲仔飯，餐廳冷氣夠哂大，地方舒適，幾個朋友圍埋食飯傾計就啱哂。特色臘味煲仔飯煲仔飯即叫即整，要等耐啲先會上菜。食好野當然要比啲耐性，一打開個蓋，果然無令人失望。店員會幫手淋上特製醬油，蔥同芫茜可選擇一拼撈埋或另上。臘肉帶點五香腩，肥美得嚟充滿鹹香。飯粒則好香，口感好圓潤。食到最後，當然唔少得起埋個飯焦出嚟，起到一大塊飯焦，咬落仲好香脆，真係好滿足！甜蜜咕嚕肉咕嚕肉色澤金黃，皮唔會太厚，肉質鮮嫩，食落酸甜開胃。時令蔬菜可選白灼、蒜蓉或者上湯。浸住上湯既菜心，清清地又唔油膩。
