星期五晚梗係要happy friday飲下酒,今日特別揀咗呢間蘭桂坊樓上店嘅sake Bar 🤭🤭一進去店內環境十分寧靜,格局很有日本小店的感覺,出面亦有露天卡座。我們選了一set sake tasting set試下 Dassai set, serve sake時會畀埋 tasting note及嗰樽酒給我們看一看,很喜歡Dassai 23 甜度及 釀米味道很純正 😋😋😋佐酒小食叫了脆炸雞翼配沙律醬十分惹味,而明太子魷魚十分鹹香,令我們不禁要再點了兩杯酒 😂 很鹹但又吸引我們不斷的吃下去 ,明太子的味道很濃郁而魷魚語亦很彈牙。牛脷配上鮮檸檬汁及柚子醬,很好味值得推介。雞軟骨材料不是普通貨,我的至愛。最後叫了一個熱的soba 有京蔥及煙燻鴨, 他們很熱情地幫我們分了兩碗才上枱,超鍾意呢個熱食,佐酒一流,好正。另外叫了兩杯酒一杯是柚子甜酒很好味哦。絕對值得再嚟! continue reading

Sake Bar sake 選擇多,好正!sake 當然要配上小食不但sake正,連佐酒食物也很有水準,尤其配上的醬汁與食物配合得剛剛好,亦很合我口味。soba煮到恰度好處,配上的醬汁好味,味道卻不會過濃或過咸。炸物亦煮得剛剛好,十分脆,炸粉亦不會過量。炸雞軟骨本來便好難出事炸得不錯,亦不會油膩。chicken wing 比想像中好,不但夠脆,而且配上沙律醬超正!亦能夠中和肥膩的感覺。牛肉軟稔,而且牛味重,配上醬汁一流! continue reading

想喝酒但並不代表懂喝,在下只懂喝下時,是否合個人口味,亦由於酒量淺的關係,如果有一些地方是可以幾款酒合拼成一套Tasting Sets的話,份量少但可試多點口味那種,應該是頗符合在下的脾胃吧。.還記得早前在灣仔築地。山貴水產市場給小的遇上他 - 一套五小杯不同口味的清酒,喝過以後滿足感頗高。.前陣子又想起這套酒,想再喝,不過想到別處試試而苦無資料之下,向幾位疑似酒徒的友人查詢,榮幸給不才問出過所以然來,還反被邀請一起到訪,難得找到答案又有人相伴,梗係好啦!是夜來到這間Sake Bar,聽說是香港首間清酒吧,位於超舊的大廈中的她,很有隱世小店的感覺。對於飲酒,小的實在是識條鐵呀,面對琳琅滿目,各式各樣的選擇是無從入手,幸好這裡有Testing Sets,可讓入門者解困。一緒に飲みに行きましょう。一起去喝杯酒。獺祭セット (山口)獺祭23、獺祭39、獺祭50Dassai Set (Yamaguchi Prefecture)Dassai 23 (Yunmai Daiginjo), Dassai 39 (Yunmai Daiginjo), Dassai 50 (Yunmai Daiginjo)先點了其中兩套Tasting Sets, 首先喝的是獺祭系列,聽說是較為順滑易入口的,數字23,39,50是代表該枝酒在釀造時,用米精碾至23%。好,扮代表完畢,開始飲啦,全部由左至右開始品嚐。獺祭23甜度稍高,不喜歡酒咪太強的女性應該會喜歡。獺祭39甜度驟減,滑入喉頭後帶少許灼熱感。獺祭50甫入口已帶點嚡,進入喉頭後,灼熱感更強烈,再多呷幾口後,適應了會好一點,不過太醇了。七田セット (佐賀)七田純米大吟醸、七田純米吟醸、七田純米Shichida Set (Saga Prefecture)Shichida Junmai Daiginjo, Shichida Junmai Ginjo, Shichida Junmai七田純米大吟醸帶微甜,感覺也是較適合女生品嚐。七田吟醸已沒有什麼甜味,哽與灼熱感更甚。七田純米頗醇,有點受不了了。酒肴3点盛 Chinmi Santen Mori蛸山葵、烏賊の塩辛、クリームチーズ酒盜Wasabi Flavored Raw Octopus, Raw Squid with Squid Viscera, Cream Cheese with Bonito Viscera有美酒豈能沒佐酒小吃?蛸山葵滑溜清爽,烏賊の塩辛帶點嚼勁鹹香十足,クリームチーズ酒盜質感豐腴,同行者最愛。おばんざい3点盛り Obanzai Santen Mori五目金平、ほうれん草の胡麻和え、梅蓮根Sauteed Root Vegetables, Spinach with Sesame Sauce, Lotus Root Dressed with Ume Japanese Plum五目金平由甘筍絲木耳絲及牛蒡絲組成,非常爽脆。ほうれん草の胡麻和え最清新。梅蓮根,爽口的蓮藕帶著梅子的微酸,面層的紫蘇令她散發著芳香。邊吃邊談天不亦樂乎,喝光後也完全沒啥酒意,感覺還可再來,於是再點另外兩款Tasting Sets.府中誉ット (茨城)渡舟純米大吟醸、渡舟純米吟醸、大平海Fuchu Homare Set (Ibaraki Prefecture)Wateribunre Junmai Daiginjo, Wateribunre Junmai Ginjo, Taiheikai Tokubetsu Junmai 這個系列感覺上較淡口,醇及灼熱感也較溫和,所以喝罷印象不太深,也應該不是在下的口味。鳴門鯛セット (德島)鳴門鯛純米吟醸、鳴門鯛吟醸、鳴門鯛純米Narutodai Set (Tokushima Prefecture)Narutodai Junmai Ginjo, Ginjo Nama Genshu, Narutodai Junmai鳴門鯛純米吟醸剛入口已令舌頭嚡嚡的,濃烈的酒味在口腔已爆發,是這夜最強烈的款式。Ginjo Nama Genshu,由於沒加水的關係,所以酒精度為18.5%,是這晚喝過的清酒之中最濃酒精度的一款(其他款式酒精度為15-16%),雖則如此,不過入口也頗清爽。鳴門鯛純米非常清新,酒味渾然不覺,淡口得有點像水,感覺有趣。たたみいわし Tatami IwashiDried Sardine Crackers由大量沙甸丁魚仔組成一塊,香口鬆脆。河豚の味醂干し Dried Blowfish帶甜味的她質感較為實在,雖然需要咀嚼較長時間才行,但是這夜最愛的絕佳佐酒食品。 continue reading

Come here often for their monthly events. Fixed price for free flow sake and food. Miss momose is really an encyclopedia of sake, you can ask about anything regarding sake she will have a great answer for you. The sake offered are fresh and the food is great for pairing. They have a small balcony, you can see LKF from above. If you are into sake life, you gotta check this place out. continue reading

地酒處吟,大概是香港其中一間最有名氣的sakebar。清酒的選擇十分之多。今晚選舉了一支石鎚 純米大吟醸。銘柄屬辛口,偏濃醇口感,帶旨味。特點為餘韻長,辛味在口中持久不散。食物雖然選擇不多,點了牛舌,炸年糕及冷稻庭烏冬,但質素全都十分高。炸年糕外脆內暖,年糕不淡口;烏冬選材優質,醬油味道適中,多吃兩碗也可。石鎚 純米大吟醸 糟搾リ石鎚酒造產地 愛媛県西条市使用米 兵庫県產山田錦 20% 愛媛県產松山三井 80%精米歩合 50%酵母 蔵內自家培養酵母Alc 17-18%日本酒度 +5酸度 1.4飲用時温度 冷飲 continue reading
