來到九月下旬又心思思想去嘆下午茶!我喜歡的餐廳最近推出了全新午茶套餐,還要聯乘我超喜歡的本地香薰品牌加上香港純天然護膚品,這個組合那麼吸引我又怎能錯過呢。餐廳正是位於金鐘亞洲協會香港中心內的AMMO,超喜歡這裏綠意盅然的環境非常清幽,在這兒嘆茶可以慢活地享受悠閒下午。這趟由AMMO跟BeCandle x Skin Need攜手呈獻期間限定的隨行系列下午茶,為希望展開遠行的朋友提供完美選擇帶來洗滌心靈的味覺享受。下午茶以四鹹四甜點心加上英式鬆餅組合而成,配襯翠綠的特飲感覺好Pure。享受Afternoon Tea「茶」當然是非常重要!餐廳供應我喜歡的Tea Forte靚茶,每次也會選擇清香醒神的Ginger Lemongrass味道好舒心。從來性價比高的下午茶這趟更加抵吃!因為今次會額外送贈清香不過甜的清風茉莉特飲一杯,即是品嚐一套下午茶便有兩款飲品是否太抵啊。如大家像我喜歡淺酌的可另加$68享受這杯果味香濃的奇異之吻!渡過一天帶微醺醉人感覺的下午。四款鹹點賣相也相當吸引相信味道也不會令我失望吧。意大利火腿伴蜜瓜這個是沒法輸的組合!完熟香甜蜜瓜加上鹹香火腿吃罷齒頰留香,最適合成為第一件品嚐的鹹點。青檸汁醃刺身帶子伴牛油果!充滿意大利風情的生醃帶子擁有清新的酸香味道,配襯香滑牛油果口感非常有層次,當中的鮮香及調味非常吸引和開胃。喜歡品嚐香口美食的就別錯過這件椰絲炸蝦伴芥末乳酪!沾上椰絲後脆炸的蝦肉香脆彈牙,伴上酸微微帶點刺激的芥末乳酪味道好匹配。而我最欣賞必定是這件吞拿魚沙律多士,相信大家都已經噓聲四起,肯定在說吞拿魚多士有什麼特別!這件以牛油清來製作的多士充滿牛油香氣之餘丁點羶味也沒有,配襯吞拿魚餡那化學作用令嘴巴吃得非常過癮。品嚐過美味的鹹點之後甜迷最期待的時刻來臨了!四款色澤各有不同的甜點先吸引眼球。但我覺得英式鬆餅還有必須先吃!弄得外層香脆內裏濕潤恰好的Scones,塗上餐廳招牌的玫瑰士多啤梨果醬及Clotted Cream吃真的非常令人神往。我首先被這件艷紅奪目的紅桑子撻吸引著!酸香紅桑子配上甜美的吉士醬絕對是最佳拍檔,最重要是撻底夠鬆脆便成就美事了。這杯椰汁雞蛋吉士伴朱古力爆炸糖非常破格!朱古力爆炸糖帶來無限震撼的口感,然後陣陣濃郁椰汁香氣從嫩滑雞蛋吉士中滲出來,不吃不吃還需吃最後將整杯爬光光。一山還有一山高抹茶慕絲伴馬卡龍簡直勒索了我的味蕾!鬆脆的馬卡龍超級甜美可人,配襯甘香滑溜的抹茶慕絲,味道互相輝映散發出四射的光芒真的好吸引。如果喜歡重口味的這件朱古力布朗尼伴鮮忌廉您必定愛C它!香濃朱古力味口感近似曲奇的蛋糕真心邪惡到一個點,絕對能收服喜歡重口味朱古力甜品的朋友。每位享用下午茶的客人也可獲贈禮盒一份價值$540,不過數量有限送完即止想收禮物就要趁早訂檯品嚐喇。隨行系列下午茶收費為$498/2位,由即日起至10月31日供應。 continue reading

AMMO下午茶的性價比一向都非常高, 今次也不例外, AMMO與Guerlain法國嬌蘭聯手呈獻打造「臻至非凡」下午茶,  禮品的價值已超過下午茶本身的價格, 當中更有香水, 難怪到訪當日坐無虛席.精緻茶點以嬌蘭及冬日元素為創作靈感, 金光閃閃, 好有節日氣氛.  三層架繫上品牌的絲帶及標誌性的蜜蜂金扣, 將我們帶入矜貴非凡的時光.下午茶共十款精緻美食.  四款咸點之中, 我最喜歡炸蟹肉可樂餅, 滿滿的蟹肉, 外層薄而脆, 最開心是不會界口. 薯絲蝦也十分精彩, 香脆不油膩, 沾杯內沙律醬, 好開胃. 印有星星圖案的是迷你聖誕提子餡批, 我很喜歡提子及莓類美食, 這餡批塞滿香甜提子乾, 大愛! 紅菜頭羊奶芝士多士, 羊奶芝士是令人又愛又恨, 配紅菜頭可說是不錯的組合.五款甜點之中, 雲呢拿奶凍及焦糖燉蛋很合我心.  雲呢拿奶凍有閃閃的雪花, 勾起我過往在哈爾濱看到的, 很浪漫. 焦糖燉蛋很滑, 甜度也剛好. 喜歡甜度高一些的話, 有榛子馬卡龍、聖誕肉桂牛油曲奇及芒果熱情果朱古力撻.  紅色的榛子馬卡龍咬下很像樣, 榛子味很突出, 不硬不軟; 星形的是肉桂曲奇, 幾脆口. 這件可愛的就昰芒果熱情果朱古力撻, 酸甜的熱情果包著軟滑朱古力, 口感不錯. 最後少不得下午茶必備的英式鬆餅, 玫瑰花醬很出色, 也是這裏的signature, 當然吃時也可塗些clotted cream. 飲品可選咖啡或茶, 茶類選擇有很多~ 想要特飲的話, 可以優惠價HK$68享暖意的熱肉桂拿鐵咖啡或帶輕酒精的伯爵密語.  肉桂及伯爵我都喜歡,  今次就喝肉桂咖啡, 奶泡綿密, 肉桂味也很夠.  伯爵密語則建議慢慢品嚐. 「臻至非凡」下午茶於11月1 日至12月31日供應, 3pm-6pm, 逢星期一至五, HK$498/兩位; 星期六日及公眾假期則為HK$538/兩位.  每位惠顧下午茶的客人可享法國嬌蘭產品乙位(價值HK$787). 是lotion及香水, 還有優惠券, 很燒啊~ AMMO於酒吧位置也有展示Guerlain產品, 有誰不愛閃閃發光的美品! 不過想買的話, 就要到專櫃啊~ continue reading

等到頸都長,終於迎嚟食大閘蟹嘅季節喇!🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽自問每年呢個月,買返屋企自己拆蟹又好、出街食中式大閘蟹宴都好,阿叔都會約朋友勁食,不過就從未食過西式大閘蟹宴。今次呢間半山西餐廳破格地中西合壁,以大閘蟹入饌,特別推出5道菜嘅大閘蟹宴,再聯乘本地草本酒品牌 @magnolialab.hk 五味雜陳 幫你飯前開開胃、飯後暖胃驅寒。🦀Hairy Crab Special Menu ($798) 🥃Oriental Botanical Cocktail - Magnolia Tonic🥩Hanging Tender Beef Carpaccio Roll晚宴甫開始,即以一杯清新又帶點草本味道嘅 cocktail 同大家開開胃,接住頭盤就以生牛肉包住蘆筍,中間加埋大閘蟹醬示人,只要一啖放入口,即時感受到層次豐富嘅味道。🥚Hairy Crab Roe Steam Egg White 🍝Hairy Crab Roe Tagliolini接住就係全個餐阿叔最鍾意嘅蟹黃瑤柱姬菇蒸蛋同大閘蟹粉義大利麵,前者蒸蛋中加入蟹黃醬、乾貝同姬菇,口感嫩滑,食到濃濃嘅蟹黃味,加碗白飯就啱晒;後者喺餐廳自家製嘅手工義大利麵上加上同樣味道濃郁嘅蟹粉醬,意粉夠彈牙、有咬口,如果有更加多醬就好喇!🐟Pan-Seared Red Seabream Fillet🐖Iberico Pork Loin主菜方面,可揀鯛魚或者豬柳肉。鯛魚煎到外脆內軟,豬柳就肉質夠嫩。為保留原有魚同豬肉嘅鮮味,雖然同樣地兩款菜式都加上大閘蟹醬調味,不過蟹醬嘅味道比起蒸蛋同意粉就淡番少少,🍨Sweet Potato & Ginger Soup Jelly 🥃Oriental Botanical Digestif - Roselle 有別於一般中式蟹宴以薑茶結尾,今次餐廳特別以薑汁蕃薯糖水整成嘅啫喱,配埋蕃薯麻糬同雲呢拿雪糕代替,再飲埋杯以洛神花、紅棗、當歸等成份釀造而成嘅Roselle幫你驅寒暖胃。建議將少少酒加入甜品撈埋一齊食,味道會更出色,大家一定要試! continue reading

星期一同男朋友去慶祝生日,男朋友已經預先幾日book咗座位,希望可以安排梳化靠窗邊位,職員講咗到時會盡量再安排,諗住星期一應該會少人啲,應該都會安排排到,結果,當日去到,接待的女職員話未能安排坐梳化位,因為已經有人預訂,我們當時抵達係3:00 ,見到有幾張梳化位都係吉的,於是話可否食到有人嚟就再調位,該女侍應話要先詢問一下,結果什麼也沒有安排到,但去到我哋食完,靠窗邊的梳化位都未有人坐,對於該女職員嘅安排非常之失望,懷疑她根本沒有去跟進處理問題。最後仲要安排我哋坐中間位,但明明見到另一邊窗邊都仲有位置,雖然景色係不及梳化咁開陽,我哋強烈要求之下先可以坐到另一邊,唔使坐中間,明明成間餐廳只係得兩台客,總結該女職員安排,真是非常之差,搞到生日都過得唔太開心。講返食物,鹹點都還算OK少少,其他甜品啲味有一部份都有啲怪,有一部份又超甜,特別係有聖誕湯裝飾的類似糖霜,好似食緊硬咗嘅砂糖咁,加咗杯雞尾酒,埋單620幾蚊到,一啲都唔值,如果未試過可以去食其他酒店嘅afternoontea仲好。本身以為可以影梳化嘅景色都算,結果坐嘅位置普通食物仲要幾難食下。可以唔使來試,tea set送既嘢係迷你samples,圖片上的是要消費再送的彩妝,感覺有少少誤導嘅成份。 continue reading
