昨晚與女友在旺角一時興起想食有鑊氣的小炒,諗咗一陣醒起n年前曾在旺角街市幫襯一檔大排檔,就再次故地重遊……我和女友2人原打算簡單叫兩個小菜,不過當我見到炸大腸時忍不住放縱一下自己,結果我倆叫了滿枱的食物……值得慶幸的是,炸大腸相當乾淨爽脆,而且份量亦很多,完全沒有失望西蘭花爽肉是我專登點給我女友的,不過女友投訴西蘭花煮得太硬及太咸了黑椒牛仔骨的質素不錯,很有鑊氣,不過我因為要專心消滅最愛的炸大腸,所以呢碟肉食吃淨了不少……可能我和女友都是眼寬肚窄的人,見到菜單忍唔住亂點,結果浪費了不少食物,現在想起還很後悔…… continue reading

今晚跟好久沒見的大學莊友們飯局,我們每次飯局都是吃大排檔/ 小菜,因為在這些地方才可暢談和暢飲!鬍鬚雄是第二次來了,就貪就腳,好吃,價錢又合理。一坐下先叫兩支啤酒解解渴,然後才慢慢點菜。這裡的菜單有好多選擇,最後我們選了六個小菜,再配白飯~先上的是西檸骨,這肉排好大塊,很多肉,我們剛好一人一件。酸甜的醬汁令肉排味道清新,肉質也算軟,不過不夠骨肉分離。飲啤酒一定要叫椒鹽鮮魷來送。剛點炸起,脆漿熱騰騰好脆口,內裡魷魚爽口,嫩滑彈牙,口感層次豐富。椒鹽就是畫龍點睛的感覺,美味度直線上升!通菜不是配腐乳就是配馬拉盞,這馬拉盞味道夠濃,通菜爽爽的很好下飯。唯一缺點是較油膩。水煮鯇魚片是我和兩個好辣的同學點的,我們都用辣湯倒進白飯作湯飯吃,不太辣,鹹味辣味平衡。魚肉無骨肉嫩,很適合我這些怕魚骨的人。底下的配菜好多,多到吃不完。腰果雞丁也是用來送酒的,雞粒嫩滑,腰果因為炒過所以外淋內脆。個人不喜好茄子,但非常喜歡蒜,所以有吃了這碟金銀蒜蒸茄子,蒜味超級濃郁,撈飯一流啊!茄子沒想像中多油,蒸得軟身,吃後嘴也不痕癢。叫了六個白飯,四支啤酒,每人100元有找,經濟實惠~ continue reading

黎到旺角, 食店係好多, 但好食又好坐既又有幾多間呢。不過去親旺角都係買野多, 唔係就打波, 飯聚已經好少揀呢度, 可能真係年紀大啦!經過好多次都想試下呢個大排檔, 於是捉左鍾意食野既朋友K 黎試下, 樓上體育館就有廁所, 真係肚痛都唔怕。當晚收工就過黎, 6點半已到, 差不多差左一半枱, 其實每次經過都見幾好生意~2人選了坐在扶手電梯傍, 好有熟食中心風味。人少少, 只點左3個餸再加支啤酒啤啤佢!(係旺角就係有一種想啤啤佢既衝動)椒鹽九肚魚-炸得幾香口, 2人份量, 人多要叫多碟豉椒炒蜆-味道OK, 但份量又係炒D啦, 還好唔會食到沙同殼金銀蛋時菜-正常啤酒連冰桶上, 夠哂凍!整體黎講價錢就唔算MK價, 食物都OK既, 身痕想食大排檔都諗得過, 因為任坐又可以慢慢吹水, 旺角難求, 唔怕熱同有少少街市味可以考慮! continue reading

今次去食寶寶雞煲,相信依度好多人去過,依間鋪出名份量少,價錢不算便宜,辣雞唔入味。其實嚟依度食,主要食內臟。因為內臟款多同新鮮,其他就一般般啦!不過今次我哋一行七個人,又啤酒(我自己一人四支青島),汽水,同叫好多嘢,唔算太貴。花彫雞子,用新鮮雞子整,無雪味,好軟滑。鐘意食既必定要叫。豬什,乜都有啲,黃沙潤不錯,無腥味,其他都好新鮮。牛駝峰,食落口好爽,如果再夾一舊牛肉一齊食,就更加爽!崩沙腩,我無食。啲食肉獸等唔切食曬!魚旦,我都無食。脆鯇,我唔鐘意食,所以無食手切本地牛頸脊,價錢貴,不夠肥,肉味濃。下次可以唔使叫。豬仔筋,個個叫好。不過我都好似無食 continue reading

白灼鮮鵝睇併肥牛,可以話無難度,但係竟然可以係唔好食。佢用好多粉黏在牛肉和鵝腸上…… 望個樣已經唔想食。 深圳香辣啫啫雞煲…… 啲雞都係黏滿粉,唔知夠唔夠十舊雞呢?心想,望落咁多辣椒一定好辣,但係成煲野係無味的。而且啫啫雞煲的配料(豬肝等)一率欠奉。豉油皇炒麵…… 唔知師傅係唔係未食過,啲麵係淋嘅,淋到你覺得自己叫錯燴麵,一啲口感都無。 continue reading
