難得星期六,點知一早要去中環食嘢,真係灰爆。為咗平衡一下心理,於是約在附近返工的朋友,來一客大滿足的午飯。餐廳環境漂亮,大家可以休閒的hea下。蔥吞拿魚腩飯定食,我至愛的蔥吞拿魚腩,見到餐牌上有,就毫不猶豫的點下。單單賣相,口水已經開始流,而且定食還配上蒸蛋,更令我覺得大滿足。泡菜豚肉烏冬鍋定食,朋友就點了這個定食,因為見到佢有五件壽司。其實,我見到烏冬鍋,已經忍不住的偷吃了,因為加了泡菜,所以特別刺激好味。壽司用料新鮮,每片魚生也把飯團包住。 continue reading

我們幫襯了這家 Hatsu 都有兩三年之久 , 對其食物的質素有信心 ~Lunch Menu ~我點了一客 lunch set 特盛鮪魚三色丼 $ 268  ( 包括 任食自助沙律吧、日式蒸蛋、味噌湯、熱咖啡或甜品 )沙律吧的食物是以蔬菜為主 , 當中亦有我超喜愛的罐頭雜果 , 還有店方自家特調的沙律醬 ~味噌湯 : 有濃香帶鮮甜的麵豉味 , 也略略喝得到有木魚的味道 ~日式蒸蛋 : 雞蛋尚算蒸得滑嫩 , 味道上也不單調 ~特盛鮪魚三色丼 :  鮪魚也就是吞拿魚 , 此丼賣相討好 , 三色吞拿魚是 赤身、中拖羅、 大拖羅 ; 赤身的肉質結實 , 魚味濃郁 ; 中拖羅的油脂和鮮味都非常均衡 , 有微微酸味 , 濃厚味鮮 ; 大拖羅的油脂豐腴甘香 , 肉質軟綿入口柔軟無渣 ; 米飯粒粒分明有煙靭口感 ; 吞拿魚跟米飯相輔相成 , 好丼也 ~最後 , 以一杯咖啡作終結 ~ 本篇完 ~ continue reading

小弟未食過懷石料理, 女朋友話帶我去見識下世面,就帶左我去金鐘D間HATSU試下我地就叫左個龍蝦餐, 貪佢咩都有得食刺身是晚精選既刺身分別係油甘魚, 拖羅同埋帶子, 油甘魚魚味香濃, 帶子好鮮甜, 拖羅油脂味好香, 全部都好新鮮!前菜玉子燒+豆腐, 玉子燒好札實, 似似地係築地食過果個, 而豆腐都幾滑,加少少豉油都幾好味和風沙律D個柚子味好香, 用柚子味帶出清新口味, 做前菜岩晒蛤肉士瓶湯我起初以為係比茶我, 原來係湯黎, 好得意, 飲落幾清甜, 入面有唔少蛤肉同昆布, 幾多料壽司左口魚超甘香, 墨魚都幾新鮮, 最估唔到係有海膽, 而且仲有唔少海膽! 好鮮軟殼蟹天婦羅原來唔只軟殼蟹, 仲有唔少南瓜, 青椒等等, 本身我麻麻地軟殼蟹, 但佢D個整得幾香口, 我覺得好好食喎香草燒廣島蠔隻蠔燒完都幾大隻, 而且個汁又唔會蓋住蠔既鮮味, 香草更帶起左成個味道海膽燒龍蝦用海膽去提升龍蝦既鮮味, 而且用燒既方法去煮好香口, 而且龍蝦都幾多肉下, 好好味甜品最後有個雪糕作結尾原本我以為懷石料理一定唔飽, 打算去對面老M度食多個餐, 但原來食完D個餐已經好飽, 樣樣分量都有咁上下, D個價食到D咁既質素既懷石料理真係抵 continue reading

Happy Friday 食好D是常識吧!今晚同男朋友仔黎左間朋友介紹幾抵食既懷石懷理食全日返工都滿懷待既心位置係金鐘, 好方便我地兩個收工一支箭咁去前菜兩款分別係玉子燒同凍豆腐, D個有一硬一軟既組合, 玉子燒佢整得好實淨, 蛋味好濃, 幾好食, 凍豆腐就林林地, 幾有豆味胡蔴沙律D個份量都幾多下, 胡蔴沙律都係咁上下味刺身三款睇個色已經知對路, 夠新鮮, 中拖羅超正, 冇渣, 油甘香正到, 香港食到D個質素真係無敵, 而帶子超厚肉, 鮮甜, 仲有既油甘魚魚味重, 正到呢海鮮茶壺湯入面係用昆布加海鮮煮成, D個好有置身日本既感覺, 昆布+海鮮好甜, 冇味精, 好好飲黑松露銀雪魚南瓜好甜, 個銀雪魚嫩滑, 加埋黑松露提升左個鮮味, 個汁我當湯咁飲黑松露大虎蝦隻虎蝦真係好大隻, 好彈牙, 而且放D芝士同黑松露, 令隻蝦既蝦味更出黑松露茶碗蒸個蛋味好香, 蒸既時間岩岩好, 好嫩滑, 黑松露放埋落去令個蛋更香天婦羅淨係上茶個碟都已經值回票價啦, 全部天婦羅都即叫即炸, 好香口, 而我最LIKE軟殼蟹, 超好食刺身飯個刺身飲超刺身, 而且都係好新鮮, 而且有我之前食過最鐘意食既中拖羅, 個油甘香令個飯更香, 諗起都想再食多碗甜品係荔枝味既雪糕, 畫上完美的句號依架六週年紀念做緊88折, 包埋加一先係$527, 有10樣野食, 樣樣都幾高質素, 我覺得性價高都幾高, 得閒會再黎試其他餐 continue reading

昨晚我同朋友去咗一間質素唔錯嘅Hatsu日本餐廳食飯。前菜有兩款,豆腐加明太子,豆腐非常嫩滑,調味可口,明太子都做得好出色,單單前菜都有咁嘅水準。煮物方面有茄子,茄子煮得非常林甜,醬汁調製得好惹味,非常有特色。一個和風沙律,新鮮爽脆, 新鮮蔬菜加配上自家特製嘅沙律醬,又清新又好滋味 。跟住再飲上呢個味噌湯,湯味濃郁,飲得出係用真材實料淆製出嚟,配合沙律一齊來吃,簡直係絕配,濃淡相宜。呢一個套餐係海鮮烏冬鍋加壽司定食,鍋裏面有炸三文魚,外脆內軟,鬆化嘅脆漿把三文魚緊緊包著,令三文魚嘅鮮味同肉汁不會流失, 口感豐富,美味非凡,新鮮大大隻青口,眼見到肉質都閃令令,夠肥美,食落更加鮮味無窮,呢個海鮮烏冬鍋湯底味濃甜,用多款海鮮嚟淆製嘅上湯,鮮味無窮,烏冬又夠爽滑,製作認真,仲有多款嘅壽司只係$310。佢另一款嘅純壽司定食都係$310,同樣有前菜豆腐加明太子,茄子,和風沙律同味噌湯。壽司份量件數比較多,海膽壽司,清甜軟滑,鮮味出眾,份量絕不欺場。三文魚肥大肉厚,油光閃閃,肉汁豐富,肉質柔軟嫩滑,配上日本珍珠米做嘅壽司一齊嚟吃,相得益彰。甜蝦鮮甜味無窮,肉質夠爽彈牙,大大隻嘅甜蝦令你好有滿足感。蟹籽粒粒脆卜卜,配上每粒渾圓日本珍珠米,既新鮮又正宗嘅素材,真係冇得輸 。佢仲有十多款嘅壽司定食,每款都有不同嘅風味,你哋真係要嚟試下。甜品有綠茶雪糕,日本綠茶最出色人人都知,綠茶配合雪糕相得益彰,清香嘅綠茶味,芬芳怡人,配上奶味香濃嘅雪糕,清甜軟滑呢個晚餐我哋大家食得都好愉快。 continue reading
