平日餐廳有提供午市套餐,$258兩位,可選點心和小菜各兩款,套餐包括老火湯、白飯和甜品。不過得留意套餐中小菜和點心的選擇不多。點心我們選了蝦餃和燒賣(點心的粒數以人頭計),小菜則是不少人推薦的咕嚕肉和魚湯什菜煲;另外加點了餐廳的招牌煙燻雞半隻。煙燻雞率先上枱,賣相紅潤油亮,非常吸引,雞也比想像中大隻。一入口,煙燻的香氣濃郁,雞肉滷得非常入味,滷水汁鹹鹹甜甜的,同時不會濃重到蓋過雞本身的肉味,非常好吃!雞肉較薄的部位會比雞胸/腿更入味,而且吃雞一定得吃精髓的雞皮,因為最濃的煙燻味都凝聚在雞皮之上。不過更令人驚豔的是竟然附上的幾件雞內臟!伴碟的內臟有腎、膶之類,精華的滷汁盡入其中,和內臟獨有的甘苦味融為一體,滋味無與倫比。我本來對內臟沒有偏好,但也忍不住搶著這幾件珍貴的內臟吃。另外,難得的是雞肉滷得全熟(雞骨沒有殘留的血紅色),但肉質仍能保持嫩滑,連雞胸都滑而不柴,真不愧是餐廳的招牌菜。加上碟子上枱時是溫熱的,令雞件的油脂不會吃到中途凝固,這種細心之處值得一讚。這天的老火湯是粉葛鯪魚赤小豆湯,用原個燉壺熱騰騰的上,所以能一直保持湯的熱度。湯頭濃郁鮮美,濃味得來又沒有把湯料滾得碎爛,所以入口順滑,粉感輕微,以粉葛湯來說偏清澈,不會喝完就飽了一半。咕嚕肉用上無骨的豬肉件,肥瘦相間,肉汁和油脂充沛。炸粉裹的輕薄,在沾滿甜酸汁之下仍保持微脆。甜酸汁雖不至於有拔絲的效果,但濃稠適度,份量剛好裹住肉塊;配上的青紅椒和菠蘿也能解膩。蝦餃個頭比很多酒樓的細一些,味道正常,可惜蒸過頭,餃皮有點太軟。燒賣較蝦餃出色,餡料是豬肉和冬菇,沒有蝦,用的是切肉而不是碎肉,令燒賣更有咬口。魚湯什菜煲最後上枱,面頭有不少蝦乾和冬菇片,魚湯浸著西蘭花、芥菜膽、菜芯和金菇,煲底有粉絲。魚湯鮮美雪白,雜菜煮得恰到好處,軟腍入味而保持翠綠;特別是芥菜,只用上最嫩的芥菜膽部分,最為入味好吃。甜品是海帶陳皮綠豆沙。沒有臭草的味道,反而用上了陳皮。綠豆、海帶和薏米也不少,糖水不會很甜。整體餐點都非常高質,特別是煙燻雞是必點的。侍應人手充足,服務也很親切。唯上菜的順序可以改善,因煙燻雞比老火湯更早上枱,而點心雖然明白是即點即蒸,但幾乎是最後才上。留意到另一枱沒有叫套餐而選擇散叫點心,雖然都是同一時間下單,但各款點心之間上枱的時間都相隔較長,要有等的心理準備。 continue reading

相隔有兩年再次光顧,食物水準依然保持得好好,個蔥油伴竹昇麵外表平平無奇,但好食都震,麵質係我最鍾意既Q 彈感雲吞麵質地,個炸蔥絲完全將味道提升,因為太好食所以問部長,先得知原來個麵係從深水埗坤記拎貨。另外沖繩黑糖咕嚕肉個肉質亦非常鬆軟,調味亦非常到位。幾個朋友好鍾意個慢煮牛肋排,不過因為我係好怕食少過7成熟牛排既人,所以對我來說有點好似食緊生牛肉咁。杏汁菜膽白肺湯好好飲,夠濃味,冇俾杏仁搶晒個味。留家叉燒都係必食。唯一要彈係個冷氣唔夠,朋友係女仔,但都話好熱,唔知係壞左一個冷氣定係專登調到好似得25度,係呢方面要改善下。 continue reading

同老豆食飯想食好D…醒起馬田推介過就book嚟試吓啦。點咗四道菜:1. 醉鮑魚 - 十分開胃,酒嘅味道好特別!😋😋2. 煙燻雞 - 味道同肉質真係冇得輸,煙燻味好有層次,啲肉滑到不得可了!😋😋😋3. 叉燒 - 其實味道不錯,甜甜地幾特別,但係肉質有啲嚡,唔夠雞咁滑!4. 梅菜蒸芥蘭 - 冇乜驚喜,覺得梅菜味唔係好夠濃。另外有點甜品1. 是日甜品係綠豆沙 - 好足料,而且味道唔係太甜2. 湯圓杏仁茶 - 個杏仁茶有杏仁肉好味,湯圓係芝麻就OK啦! continue reading

最近去留家,發現冇以前咁多人去,不過我覺得食物質素係好咗同好味過上一次去喎😋有啲點心都有特色,好似豬膶燒賣,豬膶爽滑好正,周打蟹湯鮮竹卷咁,面頭就好似有層芝士咁,食落好西式味道呢度嘅叉燒腸皮薄叉燒多忍唔住食多件😆懷舊芝麻卷睇落冇出面賣嘅咁黑但食落好似芝麻糊咁味道啱啱好仲叫左蘿蔔糕,蟹肉燒賣,蝦餃,蝦多士同脆麻花☺️好豐富🤩另外叫咗一飯一麵,個人覺得瑤柱蛋白糙米炒飯好好味,味道好炒得粒粒分明,反而個薑葱蝦籽竹昇麵冇諗過會咁多汁🫣仲有當日個魚湯什菜煲真心推薦,新鮮之外,魚湯味道都好夠,好多料仲有粉絲喺底喔 continue reading

與家人朋友也來過這裡用膳幾次了。 感覺這裡的出品都不錯😋 但但最可惜的是服務很差!🙁 尤其是一位總是戴著口罩的😷穿著西裝的男經理粗魯無禮,對著客人從來不微笑,也從不歡迎顧客,離開時他更是一臉阻住他收工的樣子。即使顧客問他menu問題,他也以不禮貌的態度敷衍回答。😑我和我的朋友們都十分好奇,為什麼每次去也會見到他,他怎麼還能在這裡工作這麼長時間。感覺他是最影響客人用膳體驗,讓人不想再回去留家吃飯… continue reading
