每月有兩個星期日，我同先生會從柴灣搭巴士到堅尼地城新興飲早茶，已是我们的習慣，通常我哋會八點前去到，因為遲咗要等位，新興坐位不多並唔太好坐，衞生程度唔太好，但它的生意好都不得了，茶客大多是街坊，也有遊客跟社交媒體網站前來，大家都唔介意坐迫些，街坊們也會幫遊客介绍點心，其他洒楼也未必見到這情况，我不會用點心纸，因它會不停有點心出爐，喜歡食就可以即刻攞，好像開盲盒一樣，有時會見到師父整點心整，價錢正常，大约$24-32，大時大節不會加價，也没有加一，最後，真心佩服服務員姨姨，在细小環境工作，還能提供服務给茶客

餐廳嘅環境超級污糟，地下成地都係水同埋油入到去阿姐用普通話同我講咗一句嘢，但係佢講得太快我又聽唔明，後尾再嗌唔好意思，佢有用好快嘅普通話同我講。其實普通話我都識少少，不過佢真係覺得太快我完全聽唔明。好啦搞咗一大輪終於都落到單，點知嚟到啲食物完全唔係傳聞中咁好食。腸粉塊皮厚到乜咁，入邊嘅肉勁少，本身我其實係嗌叉燒腸，阿姐又話冇晒因為要搭枱，隔籬位嗌咗蝦餃，阿姐都冇俾佢最後嗰個人都等唔到走咗流沙包，真係流晒啲沙出嚟，未食先流。其實食物嘅質素真係一般般，雖然價錢好平但係我唔會再嚟

朝早好早起左身 咁早有得食點心嘅餐廳選擇唔多今日為咗豬潤燒賣 去左新興朝早6 點去到 坐滿哂人 一如既往 佢地的點心一定唔係預製菜部份整既過程 係當眼位既最開心係 可以行去外賣部 睇啱邊樣直接攞今日人太多，我就直接拿餐單劃🌟豬膶燒賣🌟次次嚟食都會叫 🌟黑椒豬肚🌟🌟咖喱金錢肚🌟🌟王牌流沙包🌟傳統的點心，價錢唔太貴，幾好啦 👍

It is popular because they open everyday very very early in the morning from 3am to 4pm. They serve mostly dim sum but have rice & noodle too. It is located at street level, so wheelchair is ok. There are a few meter parking just in front of the restaurant. You can also take tram, bus or minibus there or if MTR, get off at Kennedy Town MTR station. It is just 3-min walk from Exit B. The dim sum is served fresh and hot. Food quality is very good. Big portion and tasty. Even in the early morning, there are lots of people visiting there. They have young visitors and also elderly ones too. Usually are small tables there, so if you go with a large group, you have to wait a little longer! They have restroom inside and it’s ok. The overall ambience is not too good cos it is small and tight. Some people prefer to buy take out instead. It is not a bad idea too! So next time if you wake up early or couldn‘t sleep, you may consider visiting this old style restaurant for tea and dim sum.

友人從前的大學食堂，特意帶小人一訪，時光倒流一次。店子陳設懷舊，點心紙免用，重點是剛出來的點心要即搶，否則手快有、手慢無！好有昔日茶樓的風格！無需顧及開甚麼茶，總之阿姐手拿一壺茶端到面前，飲或不飲，適隨專便！叫了四樣點心：蝦餃皮超黏，痴著底紙不肯放，卻又厚而不滑，中間的蝦味亦勁薄弱，荀味欠奉，未敢恭維。鵪鶉蛋燒賣縮埋一舊，可幸咬下不算太實，汁液還可。最好的是咖哩金錢肚，金錢肚煮得夠腍，況且咖哩辣度適中，可取也！叉燒包用碟上無問題，然而包身略乾，中間的叉燒醬亦不足以禰補。食情懷多過食味道。
