To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 北京樓早排裝修咗，裡面嘅設計靚好多。今次主要係有老人家生日陪佢食佢最鍾意嘅北京樓。我哋揀咗Yuu 4人套餐Yuu 有四人套餐 $1061北京填鴨1隻3小碟前菜（醉雞，腐皮卷）小籠包魚翅湯豌豆糕黃魚蝦球海參夠哂飽蝦球炸粉比較硬麻麻哋，啲老人家話好似唔同咗，啲野食上到嚟冇熱辣辣嘅感覺。我自己都覺得。

好耐冇嚟食過北京樓因為中午飲茶關係，所以都冇嗌片皮鴨就係食普通茶樓食物紅米腸真係好驚喜咬落去脆脆咁好好味Xo 腸粉好香口好惹味其他蝦餃同燒賣就比較普通其他食物就不過不失，冇乜太特別環境幾好，服務都好好🥳🥳

有朋友回港想食中菜所以決定去北京樓！真係一試難忘！叫左一隻片皮鴨、風沙雞、糖醋桂魚、雞絲粉皮、北京炒拉麵、羊肉搶湯麵、蟹粉扒豆苗、雜錦炒飯。店舖唔知係咪健康理由為主，除左風沙雞外其他菜式完全無味！落單時可能我唔識講普通話引致落訂，員工聽廣東話多次話唔明我想要乜！我地八點入座到九點時全場已得返幾枱客，我地野都未食晒就問我地有無儲YUU。不停走黎收碗碟及問我地仲食唔食！搞到我都唔好意思阻人收工！最後仲熄埋冷氣。想試試自己EQ就去食下啦

大伙兒預約到旺角新世紀廣場飲茶，選了這間再裝修沒多久的食店，歡歡樂樂吃了一頓午餐。～煙燻素鵝冷盤上，煙燻味道特出，口感和味道也不錯。～滷牛𦟌份量不少，牛𦟌切得厚薄適中，味道又不會過鹹，不錯呀！～雪菜肉絲炒粉皮清清淡淡的粉皮入口煙韌，配惹味雪菜和肉絲，配合得宜。最重要的是粉皮炒得完全不油膩。～瑤柱蛋白炒飯炒得乾爽，粒粒白飯配惹味瑤柱和滑滑蛋白，口感不錯。～鮮蝦腐皮卷炸得有點油膩的腐皮卷餡料充實，蝦肉爽口彈牙。～鮑汁鳳爪滿滿骨膠原的入味鳳爪味道適中，不會過鹹。炆得腍身的花生同樣入味，有咬口又不硬。～山東燒雞保持水準，雞肉鮮嫩入味，汁醬份量不少，味道適中，不會過鹹。～鎮江肴肉冷盤肴肉質感和味道也不錯，作為前菜一流。這店的食物質數不錯，加上價錢公道，所以亦受食客的歡迎。
