去完中環做完嘢,已經係傍晚。難得過嚟港島區,就不如搭叮叮過嚟北角食祥發。呢間就算係合晒我何車,可以自由配搭。瑞士汁雞髀一定係個膽,呢個係情意結係銅鑼灣鋪嘅時候已經食。味道一如以往,不過啲雞髀肉就過火咗少少。今次放棄豬扒包,試咗魚柳,都幾有heart個包面有輕輕烘過,兩舊魚柳都算大塊,同埋魚肉冇嗱得好犀利嘅感覺。另外之前都試過餐肉蛋豬頸肉飯,呢個真係幾神級,另外加少少辣椒油嚟食更加惹味。不過呢度間餐凍檸啡要加$8 ,所以都係嗌返凍齋啡划算啲。 continue reading

同小朋友去附近的幼兒園面試之後找地方食早餐,在網上揾到呢間聞名是“全港最複雜的 Menu” 但又應該是好好食的茶餐廳。大概朝早 10:30 去到,唔使等位 見到個 menu 真的好複雜... 可以選 A+B、B+C、A+C、A+B+C、A+B+E、A+B+F、A+B+M、A+Q+(任選一款:B/C/E/F/H/M)  但即係想食乜都得(讀數學底的朋友,可能已經會估計到,咁樣可能會做到幾百個 combinations...) 我地叫了一份 A+B 同一份 A+B+C煎鷄扒算好大件,幾滑蘿蔔糕正常豬扒通也正常,算大份咖啡及奶茶都正常 總括來講收呢個價錢算是很不錯,員工好有禮貌 下次在附近要揾地方食早餐的話,我會再來的  continue reading

位於北角的祥發茶餐小廚,以瑞士雞髀馳名,係區內不少街坊的心頭好。小店雖然歷史悠久,裝潢稍顯陳舊,但食物質素才是重點。瑞士雞髀色澤誘人,擺上枱已經讓人食指大動。雞髀浸滿濃郁香甜的瑞士汁,每一口都充滿滋味。尤其是下髀部分,肉質滑嫩且極為入味;如果覺得上髀的厚肉稍嫌不夠味,可以用雞肉蘸碟底的瑞士汁進一步提升口感。雞髀煮得恰到好處,肉質細膩且唔痴骨,用刀叉輕輕用力切開就能分開,卻依然能保持肉的彈性同埋鮮嫩。麵包經過輕輕烘脆,內裏柔軟,再搽上一層香濃牛油,單單麵包本身已經足夠吸引。吞拿魚醬的分量十分足,每一口都能感受到濃濃吞拿魚香,製作細緻又誠意滿滿,是一款令人回味的簡單之作。鰻魚處理得非常好,完全沒有一絲腥味,搭配炒蛋與餐肉,鹹香味道層次豐富。芝士汁拌飯後增添了滑順的口感,但稍嫌芝士味道不足,未能完全凸顯濃郁的奶香。不過,整體表現仍然出色。 continue reading

今日成日都係北角做嘢,臨近中午有啲啲肚餓,醒起有間瑞士雞髀出名嘅舖頭就喺附近,咁就去試吓,今日叫咗瑞士汁雞髀加沙嗲牛肉包,飲品係我例牌嘅凍齋啡走甜。唔使等好耐雞髀就上檯,髀唔大隻,一啖咬落去,上髀肉實,面果一浸有瑞士汁味嘅,肉無味,下髀薄啲嘅位夠味,溫度暖暖地,味道比較普通。沙嗲牛肉包,嗰包熱嘅,面頭仲脆嘅,最敗筆係沙嗲牛係凍嘅,認真嘥咗個包,沙嗲牛肉味道普通。個凍齋啡走甜,都係茶餐廳慣例黑水一杯。其實點解隻雞髀可以煮到咁實但係又唔入味?你出名依樣野喎,唔係普通茶記喎⋯⋯嗯⋯⋯⋯唔可能係我唔識欣賞,但個沙嗲牛就認真過分,完全影響晒,個包上檯嗰陣時靚靚仔仔以為好好味⋯⋯點知唉。本身淨係計隻雞髀同埋個包,係Ok啦平平日,但今次俾咗劣,個劣係比凍嘅沙嗲牛肉戴返頭盔先,我覺得好唔好食≠你覺得好唔好食,好唔好食因人而異。 continue reading
