🥛🍞🥣經濟港式美食✨ qr code 落單✅肉鬆奶脆多(每客4個) -$24必試!佢係一條炸銀絲卷,切開咗四件,再喺每件上面塗上一層煉奶,再灑上大量肉鬆。銀絲卷外皮10分脆口而內裏好軟熟,煉奶甜,加上肉鬆極咸香,口感同埋味道都10分豐富。真係好好食😋✅咸粢飯 -$20呢個係招牌嘅菜式,點餐嘅時候亦都可以揀切好兩件或者三件,share食都好方便。配料有炸菜,油條及肉鬆,如果想要加配料嘅話就要加錢。油條真係炸到超級脆,佢個粢飯真係幾好食,軟硬度剛好,有咬口得來又唔會咬得太辛苦。🆗脆炸釀豆腐(每客3件)-$20豆腐都好大件,入面唔係好滑嗰隻豆腐,應該係蜂巢豆腐,冇咩調味,釀料都幾少,不過外皮炸得幾脆。🆗上海小籠包(每客4個)-$30新鮮蒸好,用蒸籠上,熱辣辣,都做到爆汁但個皮好厚,個肉嘅味ok✅咸豆漿-$20呢款咁特別嘅鹹豆漿都推薦大家試吓。佢係用碗上,加咗好多唔同嘅配料,有蝦米、油條、榨菜、蔥花,有得食又有得飲,味道都好特別。🆗煎餃子(每客4隻)-$27餡料係韭菜餃嚟,主要淨係煎香咗個底,味道正常,但性價比一般。

#新蒲崗 出名 #美食 多🤩 呢日我哋 #為食兵團 千里迢迢嚟到位於 #大有街 嘅「豆漿大王」,就係為咗試吓 #米芝蓮 嘅 #街頭小食推介 有幾特別🤪 餐廳開喺工廈嘅地舖,不過唔知咩原因長期閉門營業😅 路痴嘅我好在有支盲公竹😉 喺 #Mikiki 行過嚟大概十分鐘就到達目的地✌🏻冇諗過星期六嘅中午時段,呢間「米芝蓮推介小店」居然已經幾乎坐滿人🤩 好不容易先搵到幾個位塞入去😅 嚟得嚟幫襯,#粢飯、#豆漿 一定唔少得,當然仲要有 #小籠包 同 #上海雲吞 先至夠風味🤤豆漿🥛方面,我哋一次過嗌咗三款,分別係甜嘅 #凍豆漿、熱嘅 #原味豆漿,仲有最特色嘅 #鹹豆漿,一次過試晒佢🤤 豆漿豆味都幾濃,加咗櫻花蝦同油炸鬼嘅鹹豆漿,令口感更加豐富😁 不過我份人就比較專一,都係凍豆漿最啱我口味☺️粢飯餡料非常豐富,肉鬆配上脆脆嘅油炸鬼,仲有啲榨菜粒,外表包上一層煙靭嘅糯米飯,跟我手上杯甜豆漿,簡直係絕配🤤不過講到佢哋嘅上海雲吞就唔算太正宗,湯底似加咗味精😅 不過都只係幾十蚊一碗,一試無妨😅而最令人失望嘅冇諗過係佢哋嘅小籠包😅 扁踢踢嘅小籠包黐埋一堆😅 都未夾起就已經爆開(四隻如是)… 最精華嘅湯汁一下子就冇晒… 太令人失望😣整體食物味道算唔錯,不過喺服務方面就唔太有規律😅 #小秘書 喺短短30分鐘嘅用餐時間,就好似食緊團餐一樣… 一片混亂😅 所以大家喺出發之前,千祈唔好抱太大期望… 都係唔句「一試無妨」😆📍豆漿大王 (新蒲崗)大有街34號新科技廣場地下9號舖 @hksoyabk

This is an awarded diner in SPK and their sticky rice rolls are really popular. I grabbed light dinner for my bestie as she has planned some weekend night-time singing with me. You know, never stay hungry so you can enjoy the night. The sticky rice roll was $20, standard size, you can tell that the rice was fluffy, packed well with the stuffing together, yet not overly pressed. She said it tasted really good! We also got a box of braised beef brisket, soaked in five-spice marinade, it’s very delicious, and surprisingly there’s a tofu underneath, it’s an amazing piece of tofu- absorbed with all the wonderful flavours.

朋友推薦黎試下!估唔到8點幾都坐滿,入到去啱啱好有2個位!當然要叫佢岀名既粢飯啦!粢飯我加咗榨菜,朋友加咗油炸鬼。我哋另外仲叫咗玉米漿,甜豆漿,紅油抄手同煎釀豆腐。好耐冇食過熱辣辣同油炸鬼仲係脆嘅粢飯,但係我加咗榨菜,感覺上好似冇多咗咁哈哈!同埋加咗榨菜好似鹹咗少少,所以下次唔加好似好啲至於玉米漿,就好似甜版嘅粟米湯,個人覺得甜咗少少,都係普通豆漿好飲啲。小食方面,煎釀豆腐好食,同埋冇好油膩而紅油抄手都OK,我哋本身會以為好辣,叫咗小辣,點知都唔係太辣,如果食得辣嘅朋友可以繼續加辣!有機會再黎開依頭,都會再幫襯吓,其他小食都仲想試!PS. 朋友都嚟幫襯咗幾次黎食早餐👍🏻

咸豆漿好有特色,蝦米鮮味好突出,啱啱上菜嘅時候油炸鬼仲有少少脆嗰一啖真係難忘,可以另外嗌個油炸鬼食就仲正!佢嘅粢飯大細剛剛好,嚟到一定要食😆油炸鬼同肉鬆好配搭~另外仲試咗肉鬆蔥花卷,本身以為佢係麵包,原來蔥花卷係一個炸飯團,鹹香嘅飯團連同蕉香脆嘅外皮,配咗好多肉鬆,幾特別!反而下次未必會再試酸辣湯,略嫌太酸,豆腐缺乏豆味。The salty soy milk is really unique, and the flavor of the dried shrimp stands out. When it was just served, the fried dough sticks were still a bit crispy; that bite was truly unforgettable. It would be even better to order an extra fried dough stick!The size of the sticky rice is just right, and you definitely have to try it 😆. The fried dough stick pairs perfectly with the meat floss.I also tried the meat floss and scallion roll. I initially thought it was bread, but it turns out the scallion roll is a fried rice ball. The savory rice ball, combined with the crispy outer layer, and topped with plenty of meat floss, is quite special!On the other hand, I might not try the hot and sour soup again next time; it was a bit too sour, and the tofu lacked a bean flavor.
