To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尋晚去左柯士甸道既住家菜食晚飯，佢叫住家菜，當然食平時屋企既味道，感覺無咁膩👍豉汁蒸黃立䱽 $138好耐無食魚，叫左碟豉汁蒸黃立䱽，條魚女大條，上面舖滿豆豉同蔥，賣相幾靚！啲魚肉好滑，又無腥味，處理得幾好，火候時間都控制得唔錯，令到條魚又滑又有鮮味👍荷蘭豆炒花枝 $90好正呀，上枱時已經聞到好香既味道，熱辣辣，新鮮炒完就上枱，香氣十足！荷蘭豆好爽脆，好青綠，唔會老，另外，魷魚都好新鮮，好彈牙，又有鮮味，超好食😋呢間既小菜真係好好味，大家可以試下👍

之前經過佐敦，見到呢間餐廳午市套餐幾抵，有湯、小菜、白飯、糖水，都只係$58。今日難得出去佐敦做嘢，就去試吓佢嘅午餐先！.佢個午市餐牌日日會轉唔同款式小菜，湯同糖水都係會定時轉款，好多選擇唔怕悶👍🏻.今日揀咗食【冬菜蒸黃花魚】，估唔到都幾大條，蒸嘅時間控制得好，魚肉好滑。條魚又夠新鮮唔腥，魚汁用來送飯一流！😋.而今日湯水係【青紅蘿蔔豬骨湯】，飲得出係家庭嘅味道，無味精，好好飲。.糖水就有【紅豆沙】，侍應好細心，見我食完條魚同飯先拎糖水出嚟俾我，熱辣辣唔太甜，正呀。.$58 呢個價錢有咁豐富嘅午餐，加上味道唔錯，我覺得都幾抵食👍🏻

從前它還在尖東時就開始幫襯，轉眼已經是差不多二十年前吧，柯打的只是一般家庭式小菜，老火湯的確是沒有太多人工味道， 叫一個煲已經夠我們一枱7大1小喝了。相當扺飲。菜甫炒蛋嘅菜甫比較咸，黃金蝦則是同以前的差不多，看似很少但我們也夠分。蜆介炸鯪魚球亦相當出色，阿嫲雞不過不失。服務也勤快。現在已經沒有什麼要求了，還原基本步吧！食得飽唔太難食可能這已經是很好了

枝竹炆火腩係食橡膠，好多肥肉d汁好似鼻涕質感，想到想哭雞翼白雪雪，賣相有點令人滴汗😥，唔敢食肉餅還可接受紫米露似水質感，難飲，冇咩紫米露味餐湯似洗腳水，哭了，飲咗一啖冇飲😢宮保雞丁賣相令人引不起食慾，冇食

友人推介來吃晚飯，有驚喜。這類做廣東地道家庭菜做得好的食肆，是買少見少，這家是必須給讚，價錢不貴，食物質素優，色味俱佳。來過一次必會再來的食肆。我推薦蒸魚和豬肉餅，下次要再試其他。
