Probably the worst meal I have had in the past decade. The cold appetizers had no taste and I could smell the fridge if you know what I meant. The hot dish was a tad bit better as no smell but again had not much taste except for the gravy. Service was ok as was hygiene. continue reading

相約友人在這素食館用餐,服務很好,部長很有禮貌。我們兩個人點了幾道菜:砂窩獅子頭(2粒):這是招牌菜,味道較濃,獅子頭用料十足,吃起來挺爽口,有點像真的肉丸。但兩個球收$148略嫌貴,需然都算大粒且味道不錯,但性價比不高。陳皮燉湯:陳皮味很清香,配有其他素食材料,喝起來感覺很舒服,湯料十足。百葉結紅燒肉:素肉配了紅燒汁味道不錯,百葉也水準不錯。生磨腰果露:這個新鮮生磨,不是開粉,又不太甜,腰果味很香濃。總體不錯,可以再幫襯。 continue reading

現在腸胃不適要吃得清淡,這天做完運動後來吃素菜,來到在香港扎根很多年的老派中式素菜:功德林。銅鑼灣的功德林位於世貿中心,可以俯視銅鑼灣避風塘的海景。這天內的時間比一般晚飯時間稍早, 正好可以見到黃昏的海景,餐廳也未開始繁忙,可以清清淨淨地吃一個提早了的晚餐。餐廳侍應服務十分貼心,會詳細介紹菜式,也會和客人聊天,雖然我才一個人用膳,但因為有訂座的關係,餐廳也特別為我預留了看到海景的座位。苔菜花生點菜後等待期間,侍應先送上小食,苔菜花生。花生炸得香脆,裹上粗砂糖增添味道與口感,實在不錯,唯一美中不足是苔菜放得太少,只能說是吃到少許味道,但見不到苔菜蹤影,看來要用放大鏡才能找到。可能在香港買苔菜比較貴,所以要很節省的用。羊肚菌竹笙百合盅($128)湯羹我要了屬於比較貴的羊肚菌竹笙百合盅,湯非常清澈,一點油也沒有,是我想要喝的類型。調味也非常清淡,基本上除了菇菌的鮮味以外其他調味料可以說是沒有放,對很多人來說會很淡,但對現在的我來說剛剛好。成本問題,貴價的菇菌比較少見,羊肚菌只有1.5隻,竹笙更要切成絲,選用其他比較平的菇菌例如蘑菇等來代替份量。豆腐餃子($118)我最期待的豆腐餃子味道不錯,是一道扎扎實實的功夫菜。餃子的皮是用硬身的豆腐取代,把硬豆腐削成薄片以後包入餡料,餡料是用蔬菜做的餡,湯汁是菇菌熬製的湯,清淡中帶鮮味,味道不錯,一碟有六件餃子,份量十足。美中不足是其中有一件豆腐餃子的豆腐開始變酸,這也難免,豆類製品很容易變壞。一面欣賞海景,一面慢慢品嚐素菜,大約用了一個小時吃完,天色慢慢變暗,客人也漸漸多了,我也是時候打道回府了,有時來吃一頓清淡的素菜也是不錯的選擇。 continue reading
