今日同朋友都係求奇叫幾款點心之不過口味比我平時食開個些酒樓還要淡味最不好食就係炸雲吞,餡少,皮多,油多,食落去有好多粉漿係口入面不過燒賣都幾好食,起碼唔會失水準

大年初三赤口雖然不宜拜年,但習慣上每年都會到康怡親戚處跟長輩拜年,跟兩年都係去同一間酒家食晚飯,價錢唔平,食物質素一般,勝在地點就腳。散叫先來個湯,頗足料。粟米斑塊,炸粉太厚,魚肉得好少。我反而幾欣賞八珍豆腐煲,可能係用煲仔上嘅關係,最起碼入口感到溫暖。燒鵝皮就夠晒香脆,可惜肉唔多汁,食落有啲dry。乳豬拼盤收得貴,但竟然比咁少嘅份量,感覺貨不對辦京都骨就是骨好少肉啫啫芥蘭㷛,雖然比較鹹,送飯真係一流。蒜蓉蒸蝦,d肉根本就冇彈性送嘅糖水係番薯芋頭,甜度一般,番薯無味

星期日例牌節目,是落樓下買菜,順便吃早餐。西式早餐腸仔蛋吃到悶,就試試外賣街坊點心。東匯中心是鲗魚涌街坊商場,精點匯是東匯中心其中一間食肆,早市有外賣點心,又平又正,合街坊胃口。外賣點心祗分$12和$16兩個價錢,買了蝦餃($16)、燒賣($16)、义燒包($12)和臘腸雞蒸飯($16)。全部都是出爐點心,又熱又香。蝦餃皮薄,蝦肉味鮮彈牙。燒賣夠大粒,肉質唔錯。义燒包包皮香軟,餡料份量十足。臘腸雞蒸飯飯少餸多,臘腸和雞件佔了飯盒一半有多,超值抵食。

一家廿人老少同堂食開年飯。因為有預先訂佐位,一到就入座,當然唔可以俾婆婆企住等在年初呢個酒家旺季,侍應、經理、廚師嘅手永遠停唔底,不過都招乎周到,櫈都未坐暖就送上茶水同汽水啤洒,招手一陣就有人過黎,唔會唔睬你環境倒是還可,無咩裝潢,不過清潔,不太擠。上菜非常快,啱啱食完下―碟就會到。首先上嘅乳豬拼盆,不過不失,我幾鍾意佢無落太多豉油。之後嘅蟹肉雙喜翅無太大驚喜,有的似碗仔翅。上湯焗龍蝦伊麵十分足料,伊麵配上龍蝦湯汁十分好吃。其他菜式還有翡翠腰果帶子、蜜瓜奶拼香橙骨、蠔皇金錢鮑片、清蒸龍躉、帶子黑松露炒飯。最喜歡的是脆皮一品燒雞,咬下去外皮香脆,肉嫩多汁,配上少許檸檬汁,鹹中帶些許酸味,更增添風味,即使是飽了也硬撐著吃了數件
