前菜琥珀合桃都絶不馬虎,香脆少甜,合桃再加芝麻既香味,實在係太香脆吸引。要不斷提醒自己唔好食咁多,因為個套餐有太多嘢食,唔好太快填飽個胃。另一前菜係醃西瓜,炎暑好滋味。正式上第一道菜,係雞絲海蜇,擺盤精美,夜光杯盛載,好吸睛。花膠響螺湯,湯底清甜滋補,仲有大大件花膠同埋響螺。鮮百合明蝦球脆釀鮮蟹蓋,大大隻,外殼炸得剛剛好帶點焦脆,蟹蓋內釀滿白汁洋蔥蟹肉加點炸蟹拑,又係炸到剛剛好,啖啖肉大滿足蒜片雞縱菌爆石窩和牛,和牛肉嫩雞縱菌鮮美,熱石窩上枱,蒜香四溢好惹味竹笙扒上素,又可以再清一清味蕾迎接下一道菜魚香帶子脆香苗,成功令唔好葱既我眼前一亮,第一次覺得青葱係整道菜既靈魂,完美提升香味。青葱帶子脆米淋上熱魚湯,非常出色。香芋燉鮮奶, 雖然已經食到好飽,仍然唔捨得放棄。但竟然,仲送一個甜品架...究竟個胃有幾大先食得晒個餐😂😂😂*Dining city restaurant week tasting menu**如果繼續有dining week就好嘞🤤 continue reading

今次黎最近恢復原名既麗晶軒食午餐先上六款醬汁同琥珀核桃。琥珀核桃香脆可口又唔油膩,令人食唔停口要Refill海鮮脆春卷脹卜卜好飽滿,食到滿滿既蝦肉,不過就唔太食得出有其他海鮮。精緻海鮮金魚餃個皮幾好食,但一入口太大陣薑味比較意外。食到尾先食到被薑遮蓋既魚味同帶子,個人唔推。之後係至尊脆香三重奏(有黑松露龍蝦芝士撻、星鰻鳳肝鮑魚酥、金絲百花雪蟹拑),中規中矩。原隻鮑魚海鮮脆芋盒係今餐我最愛既點心鮑魚不是重點。重點是芋盒外層炸得鬆化,入面既芋蓉香濃,配埋份量唔算少蟹肉同蝦肉,海鮮既鮮甜味同芋頭既味道合二為一,不錯不錯脆釀鮮蟹蓋有點令人失望,白汁跟洋蔥多左d,搶左蟹肉本身既味道,食到一半已經有點膩。最後叫左碗魚湯蟹拑脆香苗,味道合符預期。整體味道算唔錯服務一貫五星酒店水準。PS: 而家開始HSBC已經無折,得AE有85折。同埋K11入口已關,要經酒店大堂入。 continue reading

今年秋天被与美味有关的记忆串联,过起来似乎特别长,不辜负好天气出门吃饭,是又忙碌了一周后对自己的奖赏。·欣图轩今年从一星跃升到二星,但管它几颗米其林星星,最重要的是吃开心。不虚此行,味道确实对得起这份荣誉,但就是价格有点贵——毕竟食材成本和店面租金在那里。·餐厅低调地待在一片潮牌的尽头,穿过黑黑的门面,敞亮的大堂随即映入眼帘。装潢上透着大气奢靡,但氛围却不会显得过于隆重,视野没得挑,从窗边位望出去就是星光大道,海景的陪伴让一顿饭更加悠闲。·【琥珀桃仁】餐前小点比上次在润吃到的版本更喜欢,糖衣没有那么浓重,甜度和腻感都明显减少的同时,维持着有筋骨的酥脆度,香得一颗接一颗往嘴里扔。·【手工酱】从餐前酱汁就开始炫技,一口气拿出了6种酱,气势排山倒海。三款辣酱分别是辣得有点上头的海南灯笼椒酱、回味微酸的本地辣酱、咸鲜开胃的豆瓣酱,优秀到想点一碗白米饭拌着吃。·红醋加了姜末,十分解腻,陈皮梅子酱顺滑黏稠,带出酸甜沁人的滋味,海鲜酱油鲜得很有深度。虽然菜品并不需要依靠蘸酱来提升风味,但每款酱还是忍不住挖了好几勺。·【晶莹笋尖鲜虾饺】【精致海鲜金鱼饺】【松茸芡实蒸馃子】点心可以按个卖,菜品也可以点半份,谁说中餐就一定得是“人多好点菜”,如此细致的考虑正适合贪心想多尝试几样的我。·三款蒸点都值得夸夸,虾饺的馅极为饱满,脆嫩的笋尖揉进脆弹的虾仁,鲜得仿佛能吮吸出汁液来。金鱼饺的馅是海鲈鱼、虾和带子混合而成的均匀肉糜,质地更为绵韧,论鲜美还是虾饺更胜一筹。·一款素馃也因为柔嫩松茸的加持而清香异常,喜欢微脆的芡实在口感上带来的互补。馃皮更是令人印象深刻,透亮的水晶皮折射出春天般的颜色,又薄又糯,挺立而有弹性,完全不是那种死气沉沉还粘牙齿的皮。·【脆酿鲜蟹盖】吸引我来欣图轩的最大理由便是这道菜,298HKD一只,采用本地鲜蟹,贵得有底气,足以用“璀璨夺目”来形容。·蟹壳裹上面包糠油炸,金黄色的外壳封印住内馅滚烫流心的温度,表面是可以吃的,极致酥脆却又不见油。·像砸金蛋一样敲开壳,奶油蟹肉仿佛岩浆一样往外涌。手拆蟹肉的细腻陷进忌廉汁的柔滑,蟹鲜味混合着奶香,仿佛澎湃的浪潮、层层叠叠、曼妙多姿,奢侈的满足感令人沉沦。·酱汁不会过于厚重,丝丝缕缕的蟹肉依然清晰可辨,更有清甜的洋葱丝作点睛之笔,微酸的喼汁同样解腻。·【豉汁芦笋明虾球】经过快火翻炒的虾球是中间刚熟的程度,肉质饱满得快要爆出来,鲜甜的汁水也在咀嚼瞬间滋滋往外冒。最嫩部位的芦笋,色泽上呈现出从嫩绿到青绿的渐变,鲜脆灵动。·豆豉酱的调味不如餐前那几小碟手工辣酱惊艳,温度也是一个比较明显的瑕疵,感觉就是厨房离餐桌比较远,可以加个盖再上桌的。·【香芋蛋白炖鲜奶】看到好几道菜式都有香芋,感觉会是这里的拿手作品,于是甜品选择了表面覆盖着芋泥的蛋白炖鲜奶,端上桌时热腾腾的,不知是否四季都默认热食。·奶味不算特别浓厚,与蛋白的清润相互制衡,是我的菜。凝结出类似奶冻的口感,质地均匀,每一口都不水垮。绵甜细腻的芋泥更是让它大放异彩,陶醉地咂吧两下,还能抿到细碎的香芋颗粒。吃完深信不疑,炖奶会是芋泥最好的归宿。·服务不错,但也有个别细节没做到位,我心目中的米二餐厅应有比这更出色的服务质素。另外餐后饮品【罗汉果茶】滋润好喝。 continue reading
