To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老趙始終係老字號, 屹立不倒多年一定有原因！老趙算係全港數一數二越南菜之一🥰 我自己本人鍾意越南菜多過泰國菜, 因為越南菜比較清淡一點, 就算每日食都可以接受！小時候, 爸爸媽媽經常帶我去老趙, 現在由我帶囝囡去食, 感覺依然, 情懷不變 🥰 今日一行6人, 等咗幾分鐘安排坐位, 坐低已經急不及待落 order😋 越南生牛肉粉👍🏻 燒甘蔗蝦👍🏻 奧巴馬豬肉檬👍🏻 黑椒牛柳粒炒紅飯👍🏻 椒鹽軟殼蟹👍🏻 一輪狂風掃落葉之後, 感覺大滿足的一餐😋😋😋

1. 30度唔開冷氣, 全部顧客都出曬汗2. 成個餐牌有一半嘢食都冇得嗌，店員聲稱廚師放假, 得返烚嘅嘢食i.e. 河粉，懷疑係店員自己煮3. 店員態度一般，聲稱 '你哋熱我哋都熱㗎'我哋一行五人行咗15 分鐘先至去到呢間餐廳，出面30幾度, 入到去同出面係冇分別，溫度都係30幾度。我哋有問店員可唔可以開冷氣，佢哋聲稱開咗，但係冷氣完全冇風..過咗半個鐘之後我哋差唔多食完，佢哋突然間又開到個冷氣, 出熱風...入到去諗住試吓呢間"前"米芝蓮餐廳，竟然同我講淨係可以嗌烚嘅嘢食，其他都冇得嗌.烚嘅食物無嘢好評價，但係其他嘢基本上同街邊檔冇分別。

這晚點了一個晚市一人餐，包括奧巴馬燒豬肉檬、春卷和飲品，另外還點了蒜蓉炒雜菜和越南蒸粉包。這一人餐的擺盤挺有特色的，食物全放在一個竹筲箕上。這個奧巴馬燒豬肉，不知和前美國總統奧巴馬有沒有關係（笑）吃的時候覺得肉質和味道也不錯，不過部份燒豬肉燒得過了頭，有點燒焦的苦味。檬粉沾上碗中的湯汁，酸酸甜甜，好吃。菜是用來包春卷吃的，這春卷口感很脆，加點湯汁，好吃。蒜蓉炒雜菜，炒得挺香，蔬菜爽口，有蒜蓉香，不太油膩，也好吃。粉包有四個，裏面有滿滿的餡料，以沙葛為主，沾上桌上的酸甜汁，很適合夏天。飲品選了椰汁三色冰，不過甜，有椰汁香味。食物算是不錯，不過店內空調不足，光顧的時候雖已是晚上，不是烈日當空的時候，但仍覺得店內有點悶熱，唯有快快吃完快快離去。

下午茶時間經過，全場得1枱客，但見係米芝蓮推薦就試試☺️下午茶黎講定價較高🥹不過份量好大！✨分別嗌咗香茅雞翼撈檬$60 &雞扒撈檬$60✨另外再加小食 越南炸春卷💫全部食物都正正常常，味道上冇話太特別，可能要食湯粉先知點解會連續咁多年米芝蓮推介！😹
