家陣2024年在香港老印尼華僑的餐廳已經少之有少,但這間位於觀塘深處的小店保持着兒時舊日的味道和情懷。老印尼華僑的味道就是偏甜及/或帶一點Sambal 辣味。顧客很多都是上了年紀,慕名而來或來尋找comfort food。不太熟悉老印尼華僑味道的人士,可以嘗試不要只是點大路的炒飯炒麵加多加多, 要試試已經不常見的菜式,比如Ikan pepes, 炒蝦仁臭豆, 而他們的珍多冰也落了厚厚傳統耶糖,再配上老一輩的family restaurant service, 更顯矜貴。

雖然望落個名覺得好「唔印尼」、但佢係一間独立経営嘅印尼餐廳、唔知係咪位置問題要特登行上嚟嘅關係、真係indie到晚飯時間都差唔多冇客、雖咁樣對餐廳唔好、但就可以卡位任坐靜靜地孤獨進食。環境幾好、裝潢都幾靚又自然、有啲特色小音樂、但可能樓底高、唔開大啲冷氣會覺得好熱呢下扣一扣環境分。叫咗【印尼炒麵】&【加多加多】炒麵明顯帶甜味、配料亦算夠又有菜、但冇乜鑊氣炒味。炒麵呢款食物定位算係叫庶民美食、但都賣成$80拉低晒CP值。加多加多都多雜菜尤其蝦片、但個靈魂醬就好淡、吊唔出啲乜味、成碟冇乜味。總括兩款食物只屬soso。呢日用餐店員服務體驗就非常好。睇Google相呢間原來攞過米芝蓮、餐牌都有啲比較印尼嘅食物、除非其他食物真係標青、否則以今日叫呢兩款為基準、咁樣都可以被列入米芝蓮令人極費解、所以我從來都唔會信呢啲所謂聯盟標準。難得係一間獨立舖、希望佢哋可以再鑽研多啲美味食譜。

喺觀塘開咗好多年同埋攞咗好多年米芝蓮獎嘅一間印尼餐廳,今日試過啦,兩個人嗌咗成枱餸,首先嗌咗兩杯珍多冰唔太甜,跟住就開始嗌最出名嘅印尼黃薑雜錦飯,加多加多,當然唔少得嘅係串燒,今次嗌咗豬肉串燒,好惹味,因為我哋嗌咗一碟印尼炸雞,炸雞燶咗啲同埋乾身咗一啲,因為我之前食過一啲黃薑炸雞超好食,但現在很難找得到,尤其是銅鑼灣印尼餐廳都搵唔到咁好食,希望我將來可以搵到再介紹俾大家,本來想嗌粟米餅,後來嗌咗薯仔餅,好多薯仔絲好好味,煎得好香口,仲有嗌咗炒貴刁食唔晒打包了。

我4大1細,大熱天抱住個bb喺出面爆曬等咗個半鐘冇出過聲,點知後面又係5個,我聽住個呀嬸自己打電話同朋友講,佢哋前面仲有5個,即係佢知自己係我哋後面嗰枱嘅。咁因為後面枱有個伯伯,驚佢熱親入去坐住等先,ok啦,點知有人走,好應該到我哋入去食,個女人勁冇品咁拉隊入去,搶我哋枱。咁都算,我哋一開始好聲好氣同個職員講,其實我哋到先,咁似住有伯伯嗰兩個女人理虧唔敢出聲啦,點知個女職員夠膽死話我哋計喺佢哋後面,好啦,頂唔緊,直頭入鋪頭同個女職員講清楚,點知佢夠膽死推我哋出去話我哋係遲到嗰枱,我成頭黑人問號???即係好心你就派飛啦,咁先可以避免呢啲事發生,真拎米之蓮請著啲咁嘅職員都冇用呀。
