這一個中午,完全想不出有什麼地方好食,只好麻木地向灣仔方向行。行到近集成,上司提起了板長壽司。沒有目的的我同意了,然而,這亦是我第一次品味板長/板前的出品。上司之前來過食午市定食,感覺豐富,所以我們都以一人一份的定食為主,這定食,有前菜或湯,有手卷,有拉麵,單是看食物的配搭,已經是夠哂豐富。這板長,沒有港式的飲料,一坐低,端在我們面前的是一杯開稀了的淡綠茶。無論你去任何日式餐廳,cheap 如 local 日食店或明將,或是極高級的酒店日本料理,綠茶這一個日本國粹,像是不能缺少的東西,淡口又好,濃味又好,感覺食日本菜飲綠茶,就像是食廣東點心飲普洱的一樣。前菜,有一個日式的薯餅,這薯仔,是薯仔容加炸粉而成的炸餅,金黃的外皮固然是香,內裡的薯容,也是香口軟滑,惟是伴菜不夠新鮮而已。日本的另一國粹,就是味噌汁,我們中國人稱之為麵豉湯,這兒的湯不算是太濃,輕輕的豉香味反而啱我心意。套餐中,每人有一份手卷,一個是三文魚手卷,另一個是吞拿魚手卷。包在外的紫菜脆得很,單是說三文魚,已感覺到魚肉的新鮮感,其肉質軟滑,入口無筋,魚油味香甜。不用多點芥末與豉油,因為是真正鮮味的靚魚生。三文魚醬油漬壽司,連皮的三文魚,完全沒有韌的感覺,反而,魚肉充滿了魚油的香,再加上醬油的豉香,感覺份外的香。池魚及帆立貝壽司,入口都非常之新鮮可口,肉的組織是軟軟的,是冰鮮而沒有經過急凍處理的新鮮水產食材,魚肉同帆立貝都保持到新鮮的甜味,不錯。中午飯,單是吃壽司的話又貴又不飽,所以叫上一個有麵的定食才會令肚子安康,這兒的叉燒烏東,好味不? 我可以說烏東並不是板長的專長,所以不值得一讚,而麵條太腍絕對不合我的口胃。這一個中午餐,只是勝在夠抵食,味道上其實是一般連鎖食店的水準,是不過不失的。食物沒有驚喜,好的只是生魚片比起其他的連鎖壽司店大件同新鮮吧。 continue reading

香草煙三文魚壽司,煙燻過的滿滿香草味很讚 北寄貝壽司的外形很特別,弄得像玉子燒,沒有切開一分為二,所以份量是平時的一陪呢,爽口沒有沙很讚 火灸三文魚,長勝將軍,入口即融,最愛! 特大車海老,餐牌強調的十三厘米,不管是否真的有十三厘米啦,熟蝦爽爽的反正是不錯! 幸福滋味推廣價每件九大元 , 萬勿錯過yummy見推廣價五十大元有三款,但未吃過生牛肉的我,爭扎了一會兒,決定一試 一上枱,看到牛是有被火灸過的,有稍微變色,但近看一點,都是紅紅的有血水,,,不顧了我咬,,wow!正啊!先試的是牛肋肉,入口即溶,而西冷和牛腿就比較有咬口,,淡淡牛肉味,推廣價,,真的很值得一試yummy珍味廣島蠔 旁邊的蝦天婦羅不要看,因為超平凡且不是新鮮炸,所以不值一提 後面的是蟹肉蟹膏軍艦,還好啦都不特別 重點來啦,前面的珍味廣島蠔,肥味的蠔是處理過的,咸咸的好特別,正 幸福滋味推廣價每件九大元,萬勿錯過 yummy 兩者都不差,但不會是很好, 只可以說是中規中矩,不過不失 但外表靚靚,老爸媽最愛叫LAST~~~~~伏之選擇 所以話,不是專長的就一定會比下去,, 烏冬 口感不煙韌反而有粉的感覺 南瓜天婦羅 粉超厚,又不甜又不夠熱,餐牌寫「人氣」,但我想,,是令人生氣的簡寫哈哈 下次去板長,還是乖乖的專心吃壽司好了 但季節限定的象拔蚌壽司卻同樣失色,,口感是超好,超爽的帶點咬口就像是甜品吃的海底椰!但遺憾的是太腥了,不論嗅或吃都太強烈腥味! 伏之選擇 continue reading

Date night with the boy.Reasonable priced, but not amazing for the value. I have been to much better places for less.Sushi is feashly made infront of you and service is reasonable.We accidentally ordered some items by acciedent due to the number sustem which was a shame, made our bill supr expensive.If I had the choice again I would rather not go to this Japanese restaurant and would choose others, due to value for money. continue reading

BAD:- Just the worst service ever !!! ...very disappointing !!!Going there since 2009, in 2011 the management changed for the new team but ... it's EVEN WORSE :'(= always get served the order of the neighbor's table= always get sushis that were never even ordered= always get informed 20 min after order that some items are out of stock= staff quite annoyed each time you ask for something= staff never understands what is going on, never understands the first time what you want ... even when speaking Cantonese to them !!! = final bill can include items that you never had on the table- tables and cutleries are not always properly cleaned - always the same menu since 2 years at least, need some fresh ideas.GOOD:- The quality of the food is good.- Sashimis are fresh and of good quality.- The fried cheese croquettes with pumpkin are REALLY GOOD - The seared sushis of salmon and scallops are also to be recommended, it literally melts in your mouth !!! 見係板長, 又冇乜人咪入去試下.去到門口, 個勁理隔住對玻璃門望住我, 對眼好似响度緊我做咩想入黎咁.入到去有三台人, 勁難先叫到條waiter 黎落單.第一碟野到左之後見佢地停晒手, 跟住坐左十五分鐘先叫到個waiter 黎問佢係咪仲有野黎. 跟住佢check 返, 原來差左兩碟.算啦, 見佢地唔係太想做我都費事左住佢地蛇王, 比完錢之後;鬥走果陣啲waiters一個字都冇出, 對眼盡量唔望我地. continue reading
