喺美利樓望住無敵大海景食飯。天氣咁熱, 唔想食太熱既野, menu上既咖哩, 湯河等等, 一點都唔吸引。叫左個香蕉花雞絲沙律,第一次食香蕉花,幾特別,好爽口。sauce酸酸地幾開胃。小食拼盤賣相好靚。全部都唔錯,d sauce做得唔錯。見冇乜人以為麻麻,食物都唔錯。人手比較少,坐出面等左好耐先有人行過take order同埋單。 continue reading

由於朋友生日,所以特地入了赤柱去跟他好好慶一下生原本鐵定食美利樓的西班牙菜誰知晴天闢靂的內部裝修關門了.....又不想食德國菜.......咁就唯有貢入去呢間Saigon首先到赤柱食飯,無非為了美境氣氛坐在室外,望著海食飯的感覺真的一流!!而且平日人比較少,成為一個不錯的拍照地點先來的是cocktail飲品牌上只有Sea Breeze Virgin....問過後可以加Vodka,不過可能調酒的不慣,之後要再特別加味香蕉花雞絲沙律: 口感特別,而且香蕉花有種淡淡的香味!是招牌菜蕃茄牛柳粒蛋咖哩軼殼蟹(配法包): 蛋咖哩比一舨咖哩要香,不過法包不夠脆...大蝦粉絲煲: 粉絲看上去沒顏色,但吃下去是濃濃的蝦膏味!!!真的意想不到大蝦只有一隻開邊,還有點"梅"在這樣有情調的地方這個價錢算差不多了在特別的日子來一下吹吹風都是不錯的選擇 continue reading

昨日中午入赤柱行街食飯,去了美利樓,入去試了這間的午餐,分別點了2個$138午餐:前菜:大蝦沙律+燒雞翼沙律和燒翼都很好味主菜:海南雞飯雞的份量非常多,比我係其他店子食的海南雞飯多一倍(其他店子$88,雞的份量只係佢的二份一)燒豬仔脾+磨菇飯磨菇飯帶甜味,燒豬仔脾配了黑胡椒粒小小辣,味道配拾很好味值得一讚餐桌旁的照色,天清氣朗,非常優美衞生沒有比最高分,因為坐落時椅柄有小小黏手,可以有改進 continue reading

長假期開始,自然又是帶百厭仔四圍去的時候。今天趁沒有下雨,一行三人走到對我們而言算是"無雷公咁遠"的赤柱,讓小友放電....放過電後肚子餓得打鼓,馬上從市政大厦的兒童遊樂場飛奔出來,以九秒七的速度去到美利樓處找吃....好久沒有吃一頓好的越菜了。看見一樓有一間叫作"Saigon"的,翻翻餐牌,價錢亦算合理。也就決定在這裡落腳....是日晚上早食飯,再加上抵達時已是兩時半了,所以這一餐就當成是下午茶吃吧....侍者在端水的同時亦奉上一小籃蝦片。咬落仍帶脆的也不覺太油膩,不過有芝麻舖面的那一塊則有少許溢味且已變淰了...有點口渴,此時的最佳良伴便是來一大個椰青來讓自己清爽一下。入口涼快使喉頭冰凍了不久而甜味也清澈,是明符其實的透心涼。讓小友喝了一口,不過他好像不太欣賞的,自己也就樂於一個人霸住獨享...一家三口皆愛雞翼。一客香茅串燒雞翼自然是必備的。可惜的是雞翼本身是沒甚底味,所存的味道是全靠在燒好之後才塗上去的大量蜜糖,吃時的感覺就像是在嚐蜜糖雞翼多過像香茅的,是完全的不對版,而且嗒落皮亦不很夠脆。對小弟而言,不脆皮的雞翼,滋味是要打上一半以上的折扣....自己不想吃飯麵一類的物事,卻反而對可令味蕾帶來刺激的咖喱很有興趣。要了一份咖喱牛腩伴蒜蓉多士淨食,咖喱汁是十分的香濃,椰味很突出,甜甜哋的確是夠惹味。此時馬上醮多點汁進去焗得脆口且蒜香+足的多士,滋味是相當的不俗;再試一口身為主食的牛腩,卻反倒覺炆得不算淰糯,是盡給咖喱汁搶去了不少風頭。吃至最後,真的按捺不住了,叫了一個白飯來撈汁吃,是既滿足又飽肚....太太與小友共享的雞絲湯河,碗很夠深的自然湯與粉量也很多。湯是普通的味精水是絕不能多喝的,反而河粉不碎濕濕的甚覺滑溜是頗具驚喜;雞絲是比較嚡口,咬落有不少的渣....最後看到還有少許咖喱汁吃剩,絕對有衣食的太座忽發奇想的將之撈在河粉上而食之,吃得我倆津津有味....坐在露台邊享用午餐,自不然令人心曠神怡的....不過若然食物的水準可以更好的話,那就更妙了.... continue reading
